At the other store, I had a clerk flatly tell me "she never heard of that"-- with a sticker mentioning both right in the doorway! However, on August 11, I received an email canceling the order due to "missing information"--which is completely false, as they had my correct address, phone number, and all other details. What actually happened is that they raised the price of the laptops to $799.99 (an increase of $220) and chose to cancel my order rather than honor the price I had already paid, effectively trying to force me to buy them at the new, higher cost. It shows a total lack of respect for the customer and a lack of business integrity. I do not recommend shopping with them. The most irresponsible store I have ever come across.
