I put down the seats in my car to have enough room. * Make sure your car isn't hot inside and that the balloons don't touch the outside of your car trunk when putting them inside your vehicle. They said someone just sent it a few minutes prior to my 2nd call and I should receive it within the next 10 minutes. It has now been an hour and a half since my first call and still no email with a quote. I am blow away by how amazing Kevin and his team are. We ordered a huge quality of T-shirt's both long sleeve and short sleeve and all different sizes and also sweatshirts. Not only did I order them at the beginning of this month, October, but the next day after ordering I received a sample to review! I wasn't sure which sweatshirt would work best for us so Kevin hand delivered three samples of different sweatshirts he thought would work for our company. We picked the one we loved and the next day he had our logo embroidered on it to get our approval. It exceeded our expectations!! Then two weeks later we received our order completed!!! This is the WORST UPS location. I have dropped off the same package to them TWO different times…read morenow. Each time making sure the store places the hazardous material/dangerous goods sticker on it due to it being a laptop... both times it has been sent back to me missing this label and the 2nd time (today) I received it back with a 6-8 inch hole in the box... this is a LAPTOP. When I called the store the person who answered was beyond rude. She couldn't tell me when the manager would be in so that I could go over this with him because he has "stalker" issues. Even though there were two people in front of me in line, I was helped within 30 seconds of walking in the door. I recognize that this isn't always possible, as some orders take longer than others, but I noticed every employee performing their tasks speedily.
