I have been collecting all my UPS packages here for the past few months (about 5-7 so far), and the people there have been courteous and helpful. I'm still not a fan of paying to pick a package (which I probably already paid shipping on), hence the 4 stars, but it's better than having 3 attempts to deliver to my impenetrable apartment building, then drive out to West Bumble**** to go get it. But can't there be some sort of "frequent flyer" plan or something? You know, points for every package I pick up or send from a UPS store? I know I'm going to have to do this in the future when I move to NYC, so I'd really like UPS to show their customers some love (since the MyUPS feature on the website is buggy and useless). Oh well.

Doug and Kolby are great people, I called Doug at We Haul For You, to fix what Unique Movers…read morecouldn't do. Kolby and his crew showed up on time, rearranged my 26 foot Uhaul that had been loaded badly already (moving to Alaska from MN). Got everything nice and snug, and then loaded what I needed from my apt and garage with a little room to spare. Kolby and his young crew were very respectful and moved things quickly, asking me along the way what should be loaded or not. My stuff was complicated. Got it done in a minimal amount of time too. The following day, I went to uhaul to pick up a car hauler, only to find out that they could only hook the trailer to the truck and help to load my vehicle, but they couldn't strap my vehicle to the trailer. Also the trailer didn't have straps, it was a toy hauler. I am a senior women, I don't know how to do this. After calling a friend for suggestions, and a tow company that couldn't do it, I called Doug. They were just finishing a moving job, he said they'd be there in about 30 minutes. And they were. Doug went with me into the uhaul store and picked out the straps I needed, and he and Kolby got my Jeep all strapped down. Even checked that the trailer was on the truck hitch correctly. They saved me twice, I am so thankful, I was finally able to get on the road. If you need movers, call Doug. Doug and Kolby are wonderful, and they will calmly, quickly and respectfully get your move done.

Ben and Vern were my two movers, and they were super strong, kind, quick, efficient, professional and had everything packed up in an hour! Once we got to the new place, they unloaded in the same amount of time, and helped me lay out the rug in the bedroom too! They took super good care of my stuff, no damages at all, and were encouraging each other throughout the process and it was great to see their teamwork! I am super appreciative of Doug, Ben and Vern for their help with my move! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, guys!

I am still waiting to hear from them and my package is nowhere to be found. I am very disappointed in their abilities to ship it to the correct address, which is easy to locate and read. The employees are really friendly and they got me in and out, quickly. If you need stamps, a P.O. Box, ship packages off and etc, you're at the right place. The line wasn't busy, it's that no one ever bothered to PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, someone just hung up without answering. I was to have 8 pieces of mail delivered yesterday and 3 pieces today. I saw the mail truck stop in front of my mailbox this morning, but he did not leave any mail and failed to pick up the two outgoing envelopes. I had the flag up. No one answers the phone. Terrible service. I called the evening before to schedule a pickup for the next morning at 530 a…read more m. for work. I asked if it would be a problem since I needed to get to work and if it wouldn't work I would find a different way since I could not be late. The dispatcher assured me that I would be picked up on time as he put it "i put very important next to your name." With that being said I was confident I didn't need to try and find a different way and everything would be ok. The next morning comes around and I'm ready to go at 530 waiting, looking out the window. Five forty rolls around and there is still no cab. I'm beginning to get nervous, but I figure I did order it twenty minutes early to make sure I wouldn't be late so I can wait a bit more. Now, it's 545 and still no show. It takes ten minutes to get to my work from my house, so now I call cause if they somehow missed me, they need to start coming right now so I can get there. I call and a different dispatcher answers. I tell her my predicament and ask if there is someone on the way. I get a sigh and a "we are doing the best we can to get everyone picked up on time and they are on their way to your house right now." So I get off the phone and wait yet again, hoping that they get here asap. Ten minutes pass, then finally my cab arrives. It is now 6:00 a. m., the time that I'm supposed to be at my job. The cab driver asks if I had been waiting long and without pause I say, "yes, I have. I ordered this cab last night at 9pm for 530 this morning to make sure I got to work on time. Because I cannot risk being late to my job. It is a new job, this is only my 5th day and I'm still a temp." I did everything in my power to make sure i was going to be on time and it didn't matter cause I was lied to by two dispatchers that I was safe in their hands. The cab driver then told me that there's no reason why I shouldn't have been picked up on time as they asked about my scheduled pickup and were told by the dispatch that they weren't to pick me up yet cause "they didn't have time to do my run cause it was all the way to sauk rapids and they were to do their other in town runs first." I was told by the driver that they normally do their runs to the methadone clinic first cause the customers use the cabs every day and are bigger money makers since most of them are paid for with state or insurance money and the cabs are able to charge the maximum available from them regardless of distance or time per run. What a bunch of crap. So I was made to be late to my job because of greedy drivers and a greedy cab company that blatantly lied to me when they knew damn well that they were going to do all their daily clinic runs first regardless of how badly I needed to be on time or how early I had set up my ride. NEVER AGAIN. They will never get my patronage again. I will use any other cab company or Uber or lyft or bike or walk before I trust them to get me to where I need to get. It's obvious to me that they have lost to all these other transportation methods in every way except as a ride to clinics as covered by insurance or the state and they seem to know it and have given up on customer satisfaction. To give closure on my story, I did lose the job because I was not on time for that one time. Thanks Yellow Cab. I even asked if it would be a problem getting me my ride cause if it was I just needed to know so I could find another way. They chose to lie and give me false sense of comfort. I can't wait for them to shut down as they will inevitably with the rise of alternatives that have people who are motivated by good service and have no reason or means to lie to their customers.

Working on it as we speak. Went in 4 days later. Nope hadn't even started to look at it. Why all the lies? Why not be honest when I first called and say no thanks? My business has been put on hold for a month and all I get from them is lies. Utter disbelief. Taking it elsewhere. Can't be worse than them. The cat knocked my parents 2-in-1 laptop off the stand and it landed on the charger cord, breaking…read moreoff the tip of the charger inside the computer. In less than ten minutes the part that had broken was removed WITHOUT opening up the computer or needing to replace the internal part of the plug. They had a brand new power supply in stock, and after verifying the computer booted up and worked, only charged me for the power supply. I was so impressed with the gentleman who helped me. I will be back, i highly recommend Dijital Majik!
