I sent thier print proofs to other printing companies and they said it looked like they had printed it from an old tabletop printer. The $100 was non-refundable. In addition to this, the sales rep starts off nice but then doesn't respond when you have questions or problems. This was my second order with the company and the first one was poor quality too. Thier prInters don't print light colors well. It either doesn't print or comes out grainy. Found a different company who printed beautiful high quality labels at the same price.
