Refused to give me two boxes. I needed to double box. I even offered to pay for a second box. Nope. I had to drive around for an extra hour to be able to purchase the box I needed and then come back to this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. How do you refuse the option to let me buy a box when you're supposed to give boxes away for free? All the while I'm shipping with the same location. This place has ONE good delivery man in my opinion. He actually delivers the package to the HOUSE NOT THE GARAGE 75" AWAY. The others are too lazy I guess, so it's easy pickings for thefts. I try to avoid FedEx for this reason! read more

Printed own shipping label, double checked weight and dimensions - package delivered to customer, then I receive a bill from Fed Ex for almost 20 dollars more!!!! I have shipped literally about 5,000 packages in 10 years as a merchant....used Fed Ex ONCE.... and got blatantly scammed!!!! Nothing can be done about this, they have been doing this for years, ask anyone who has used their "service" Use UPS or USPS.... avoid being scammed!!!!! read more

Stopped in to drop some packages off for work. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the women working the desk was.

I have a 3/8 mile driveway and a fairly secluded house, so I am not terribly worried about porch piracy. However, FedEx drivers out of Augusta and Lewiston are too scared to drive in to the house if the driveway has ANY snow on it. instead they drop packages in the snowbank on the side of the driveway or tie the packages to the mailbox, located at the end of the driveway on a heavily travelled road. This was annoying when it was miscellaneous packages. Now my wife's medications are left where they can be easily snatched or ruined by weather. Until a parcel is delivered into my hands or at least to my home, FedEx is responsible for it. Such actions are deplorable at best, and criminal at worst. Use UPS. They NEVER treat my packages with such disrespect. read more

Drivers delivered two packages to my house with instructions to "leave inside garage". I left the garage door partially open as a courtesy to the delivery person. Instead, packages were left negligently on my front porch, in plain view for everyone to see. I was not impressed that the delivery person could not follow a simple instruction, despite going out of my way to make it simple for them. read more

Terrible service. I sat there waiting for a package only to find the driver slapped a tag on my door without knocking so I would know he was there. He will probably do the same thing tomorrow. They need better training or better drivers. read more

What. A. Useless. Company. I paid extra to have Christmas presents sent so that they'd actually be here for Christmas...know where they are? Still sitting at the Augusta facility! They were supposed to be delivered "no later than 4:30 pm", then I called back at 5pm and was told "Oh they'll be delivered by 8pm". Yea, that's why when I called again I was told "They'll be delivered tomorrow". Tomorrow is too late! I paid extra for a reason. read more
