There are lots of Yelper complaints about this Fedex site and Fedex in general. This specific place is a Fedex office that ships your package but will NOT box up or pack your product that regular Fedex stores will do. Located in a business park, away from the main streets, it is listed as a shipping site even though it looks like corporate related than retail. Lines are slow here since they are not a regular retail site but it saved a few extra miles today. read more

Awful experience. We got something one-day guaranteed shipped, and it was supposed to be at our business on Tuesday. We heavily relied on this package to be there that day. They went to the completely wrong address on Tuesday, and because that business did not have their door open (they had other boxes delivered from UPS outside their door) and the package did not require a signature, they deemed the package undeliverable. I called shortly after receiving the notification that the package could not be delivered, and they said we would have to wait til the next business day. I said this was not a solution, and it needed to be delivered on Tuesday, we could not wait. They did not care, and obviously do not value their customers, because they put a "support ticket" in for it. And we all know how long those take to even be looked at. I stopped at FedEx to drop off some packages and I must say, I love the convenience of this location, and the fact that it's usually not that busy it's a In-N-Out deal to drop off a package or pick up one. Oh yes, let's not forget the glue that keeps it together; Georgia, Kim, Yvonne and Sir Wade are always so pleasant whenever I stop which is quite often. On another note I just want to say, this facility really adheres to Covid restrictions; they require everyone from the workers to the customers to wear masks, they have 6 feet social distance stickers on the floor, and they have space between the customer and workers. Unprofessional and unreliable employees. Held our package and then delayed it for shipping on Valentine's Day when it was a valentines gift. Called around 1pm after it said delayed and they said very rudely that " ohh it just missed the truck, they forgot to load it, and you can't come get it" even though I ordered it for my spouse, and then they just changed the status online to reflect it "out for delivery" like they were accommodating me, to get me off the phone....only to wait all day and now at 8pm they change the status back to delayed. My spouse could have just went and picked it up if they wouldn't have lied to me, now they are closed and my spouse missed their gift all because of the terrible, manipulative, lethargic, judgmental, rude, and bottom of the barrel employees at FedEx. WORST Service EVER! The driver for my neighborhood has the worst work ethic imaginable! I cringe every time I learn that a shipper is using FedEx to ship a package to me because I fear that it will take forever to receive, be delivered to the wrong address, or the package will be thrown directly from the truck onto my lawn (I have a video!). This most recent incident happened yesterday. The driver added an exception stating that the package was unable to be delivered because no one was available. The package does not require a signature, so there is no reason that they couldn't leave the package on my doorstep. The driver uploaded an image that was so blurry, you could not see any details. You could only see distorted colors of white and black. My front door is green, so there is no possible way that the distorted picture was of my front door! I FINALLY got to speak to a real live person when I called customer service, which is a huge achievement in itself since the automated system does everything possible to prevent a customer from talking to a live agent. The automated system hung up on me so many times, but I prevailed! The customer service rep advised that she would submit a support ticket, but I learned today, that she lied and no support ticket was created. I called customer service back today and spoke with Jackie, who sent an email to the distribution center requesting an update because the package was not out for delivery today. She called me back within a couple of hours saying that the package was on the truck and would be delivered to me today. The webpage was updated to show the package was indeed out for delivery, and it also said "Your driver Edward is on the way." She also said that someone from the local distribution center should call me within 24 hours to discuss the issues I have been having with the driver(s) in my area. I thanked her for her assistance and waited patiently for my package to arrive. However, around 5:09 pm the tracking page was updated to show a status of "Delivery updated" with delivery details "We fixed a delivery issue with your package. We'll deliver it during the next available time." The travel history now shows: "Delivery updated, scheduled for next business day". I called customer service back to ask why the package wasn't delivered and I was told that the shipper would have to reach out to FedEx to inquire about why the package was delayed and has not been delivered. This is not something the customer can do due to the shipping method selected by the shipper. I asked the customer service rep if she could please go above and beyond for me, but she just repeated herself like a parrot and insisted that there is nothing she can do for me, but she is looking forward to this issue being resolved through me contacting the shipper. Unbelievable! The customer service in India is just as bad as the delivery drivers! Going forward, I will do everything in my power to NOT USE FEDEX... EVER! The service is absolutely horrid! I hope more people write reviews of their experience, and I hope someone of authority at FedEx sees the reviews and takes corrective action. read more

The lady did not even knock on the door. Checked my camera and she literally says I see people sitting on the couch but did not knock on the door and just stood there and left. I was sent notice via email that FedEx, Concord site, had delivered a package to my house. They included a photo of my front door as proof of delivery. However, the photo is not a picture of my front door, neither did I receive my package. Their photo was a picture of a black door; my door is white with a clear glass storm door and my house number is in large bold gold numbers. I used their Virtual Support Assistant which only allowed questions not complaints. I called several 800 #'s which only allowed "yes/no" type answers, otherwise the call was terminated. They kept repeating to me that "The package has been delivered." Maybe so, but not to my address. They kept repeating the same delivered message, ad nauseum. This has been the absolutely worst customer service experience I have ever had in 50 years. It's like herding a bunch of cats. UPDATE: After 7+ hours of trying to get a person on the phone, I finally got a lugnut who informed me that the delivery of my package to the wrong address was not FedEx's problem; it was the problem of the shipper. I asked this person how so, when the shipper paid FedEx to deliver the package to my address, not to someone else's address. I yelled at this buffoon for 10 minutes on the phone. Meanwhile, the shipper sent a second package and FedEx sent the second delivery to same wrong address. The photo deliveries were to a house with a black door, mine is white. My advice: If a company is using FedEx as its means of shipping, refuse the buy their products. read more

I ordered a wire harness for my power stroke was gave a estimate time delivery between June 22-25 it never showed up then I get a message from FedEx saying due to the weather that I wouldn't receive my item until July 2nd guess what I still haven't received the item and the tracking says it's still at Concord NC so I called them and it turns out that they lost my package that I would need to talk to the seller that I bought the wire harness from to call FedEx. So Instead of FedEx being straight about their mistake they had me to wait 7days just to see that it's still sitting at FedEx in Concord NC I'm not happy with FedEx's business in Concord NC at all. This place is the Bermuda Triangle of shipping. Packages constantly get loaded on the truck and then taken back and then loaded and taken back only to have your package arrive days to a week late. When they do deliver they drop all of our streets packages at one house and we all have to track it down and sort thru them. It's ridiculous! They lost a 70lb birthday present for my husband altogether. Just sketchy and unreliable. But don't call. You can't get anyone to talk to. I've had it with fedex. The drivers are horrible. They have repeatedly lost my packages including my medication. When I called customer service they actually told me to go knock on the doors in the community to see if my package was delivered to another apartment. Reallyyyy? During covid. Now they as usual have delivered my business supplies to the wrong address and it's been two weeks and they are still "investigating ". I have now stopped buying anything delivered by fedex. Given that this is "the local" FedEx office for a 20+ mile radius, I am surprised there were no previous reviews. My trek to FedEx to retrieve valuable items is 30 minutes. There are times when the wait is longer than I think it should be, but for the most part, I am in and out in a few minutes. There is typically only one person on line to retrieve your package but there may be two during the holidays. Why not five stars? They do not have a public restroom. If I arrive from another location (other than home), this is typically an issue with the kids... Also, make sure you have proper ID to retrieve your package. read more

I have been stuck in the house 2 days waiting for a delivery, which was told yesterday it would be delivered today, same thinfg I was told it would be delivered tomorrow, spoke to a man in office who said it was not delivered because I was not here to receive package, here both days all day. My mailing address is different from the physical house address, Fedex has such a problem finding the address. I have explained to them that the house is in east spencer but the mailing is salisbury. I walked inside to pick up a package I missed. No employees were in sight and it took two or three minutes for someone to come in. First, the woman there brought me someone else's package. Then she brought me my roommate's package. It took 15+ minutes before I got my package and I was the only one there. It was kind of a hassle. read more

I never do reviews but boy they got the best of me today... Lazy and seemed to hate their job. Got upset at me that my company didn't have labels for the packages, definitely felt that stab to the messenger in my back. The audacity of it all when they made me tape and box everything myself... I wish they could have seen my face under my mask. Although I am an athletic & independent woman- I will do it and not complain.... even though it's their job.... it's fine, I'm fine. But when they asked me a million of the same questions and just stand there watching me, I could have thrown the tape at them. I should have just boxed them up instead. I live on a corner lot, My drive, garage and primary entrance with a walk is on the side street. The front door has no walk to it, and it's obviously not used. I have the front steps roped off to prevent packages from being placed there, as if they are they sit for days before I discover them. I have had packages stolen from the front door because of this. I just discovered now the second package to be delivered by Fedex on my front steps. The driver had to CLIMB OVER A ROPE TO DELIVER IT! Would this not indicate to you, not to deliver to that location! I have now called twice to complain about this. UPS NEVER does this, they use common sense. read more
