It was really efficient I emailed all my documents and within thirty minutes it was printed. It included a 175 page PowerPoint, 40 page packet, and a 30 page homework packet. Angela helped me and she was so detailed oriented and took a ton of time helping me organize, showing me how to copy the best way , and she even created title pages for the three packets. She corrected all my mistakes when I asked her to even after she had printed it. She did a wonderful job assembling and binding everything. Without her help this would have taken me hours. As I'm walking out he tells me to "spend some money next time". Not getting a cent from me after that! Worst customer service I've received in a long time. Be a better steward of your sport! They arrived at 9am and had all mold out and were done by 10am, work time 1 hour. Left air scrubbers for 4 days to completely remove spores pick up time 5 minutes. They do great demo, they do not do drywall so I had to do that myself. Also, charged $1,650 for the 1 hour active time with 2 people, seemed overprice but work fast and hard. I know extra fees probably for the chemicals (Goldmorr) and disposal of 15 sq feet of drywall but $1,650 seems a little high for the little work needed. Was not willing to negotiate price.

Re: Jim, Joleesa, Jesse, Sergio and Carlos of On Call Moving & Storage…read more We received delivery at our home/studio in Gypsum of an 300 lb plus item ... after unboxing it, we estimate it still weighed about 230 lbs. We tried every way we could think of to get it in the house and up the stairs ... not only was the item large and heavy ... it was also delicate and complicated to move, given its design, electrical wiring, motor and hydraulics. Clearly we were out of our league and needed help. It was 4:45 pm. on a Wednesday. We found On Call Moving's info online, called the number, and connected immediately with Jim. Jim was a Godsend! He was scheduled to be down the street from us, and made a quick trip to our home to see how he could help. Over the next few days he worked closely with Joleesa, at On Call's office, to get our job done. Despite On Call's extremely busy schedule, everything came together Friday afternoon. Joleesa called to get us in their system. Jim arrived with a three-man crew: Jesse, Sergio and Carlos. Everyone was super polite and respectful, professional, skilled at their job and well prepared, bringing clean moving blankets and securing tie downs. Jim, Jesse, Sergio and Carlos communicated with us and with each other calmly, clearly, thoughtfully and effectively. Together they got the job done safely and efficiently ... most importantly, with no injuries ... and happily, with no damage to the item or our home.
