I was shipped a perishable medication that I need to take for my kidneys, eyes and autoimmune disease to keep me in a good state. It was sent by the pharmacy via FedEx express overnight shipping with no signature required and the box is clearly marked with "perishable items handle with care" and "priority shipment". My medication is supposed to stay cold to be usable and was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, June 30th. Now, I get it delays happened. So I waited until the next day after it said it would be delivered in the morning between 10am amd 2pm. Now I had to go to work so I didn't get to check until my break tonsee if it had been delivered. This was at about 5:30pm. And when I realized I had not received my package yet, I called FedEx customer support where the lady I spoke with promised me my packages would be delivered by end of the day. I told her that I needed this package ASAP because it is my medication that needs to stay cold and it has been on a hot truck all day already along with the day before. And I am not even sure the medication is any good anymore and now I have to wait to get new medication which I need but won't probably get until next week now. And now missed my medication for this week all because your company decided to ignore the express shipment label and the box clearly saying perishable items and my calls for this issue. This medication is thebonly thing keeping me out of the hospital. Please do better in the future and make sure your drivers pay attention to labels. I ordered a package on Monday 12/1 and paid extra for a two day delivery. It did not arrive by Wednesday 12/3 as scheduled. It was on a delivery truck on 12/4 and did not arrive. The excuse was weather. There was perfect weather that day. It is now Friday 12/5 it it is still not here. I called and talked to someone who Basically said sorry for your luck. My packages arrived 3 days ago and I still haven't received it. Tried having them hold it at the store so I could pick it up but they keep telling me it's on a truck and will be delivered that day. And again, that was 3 days ago. They're trying to say the weather has been bad but I've had UPS deliver with no trouble I'm going to contact the sender to let them know to never use FedE again. Unbelievably negligent service. I've ordered two important deliveries in recent weeks with Adult Signature Required. In both cases, the package just got stuck at Mansfield and did not make its delivery date. One was late by two days (and I sat around waiting), the other has yet to show up. Tracking says "attempted to deliver" to me, but there is NO evidence the truck came to my town, let alone my specific house. It stays stuck at Mansfield. I've opened two cases and one "investigation complaint." I suspect it's because I'm in a low-density rural location, but the point is, the shipper is paying for the service and passing those charges to me, and neither of us is getting service. Once this purchase does arrive here, I will NEVER permit a FedEx delivery again if the routing office is Mansfield, and a customer can't know this in advance. What happened to FedEx?? read more

I accidently put my home address instead of my business address for a package that needed a signature. I spoke to a representative who told me I had to contact the sender to change address. I did. The sender spoke to FedEx and was told that they couldn't deliver it to the new address. I then spoke to a different representative who told me I had to pick up the package in Mansfield, which is an hour from my home and business. For one week I was sorting out between sender and FedEx what to do. Finally on Friday, January 19th, I was told that I had until the 23rd to pick up the package or it would be sent back and was given the number to call to confirm. I called the number today (Monday the 22nd) and only got an answering machine. I left a message, yet called a few times later in the day. Finally I called the 1-800 number and was told the package was scheduled to be send back and no changes could be made. Clearly, in my opinion, customer satisfaction is not top on FedEx's priority list. I'll have the package delivered via UPS or USPS. read more

Horrible Bigoted customer service, avoid this place like the plaque!! Yesterday I went to the Paragon way location with my sister to ship packages back to my home in Los Angeles. The agent Barb completely ignored us when we walked into the location taking 10-15 minutes to scan and hand over 4 boxes to the customer in front of us. A man walked in with his daughter while we were waiting and when she finally finished with the gentleman in front us she chose to acknowledge and wait on the man behind us instead of practicing good customer service and working on a first come first serve basis. When my sister spoke up she dismissed her with a very snide reply, "well if you don't like it you can complain to the manager." Barb then turned around disappeared to the back office still not processing my order. When she finally returned she gave us a very lame explanation that the company policy is to wait on customers with labels first. I would've accepted this explanation if when we walked in Barb would've simply acknowledge our presence and asked us if we were dropping off labeled packages ignoring the customer in front of us. The manager Denise came out a few minutes later and essentially cosigned Barb's poor customer service. When my sister asked where is this policy displayed because when I come here to ship pre labeled packages I ALWAYS have to wait my turn. Denise then admitted this isn't a written policy. My sister then said well if this isn't a policy then it should've been handled on a first come first serve basis. Denise then proceeded to not ignore my sister's question/statement and wait on some other gentlemen who arrived a few minutes later. I was in a spot yesterday and absolutely had to use @FedEx #FedEx to ship my packages but never again!! read more

What is the matter with these people? I needed to return an item and the seller agreed to pay the return postage. They sent me an email with a bar code and told me to go to fedex and they would print the return paid for label out. Packed up my box, a BIG computer and drove 45 minutes to this location nearest me. No other customers there when I arrived and no customer service people out front. They were in the back somewhere. I know they knew I was out front holding my big computer box. Stood there for at least five minutes before another customer, (a man in a business suit came in). They were on it immediately, ignoring me despite my "excuse me". 10 minutes with that customer. When I finally total them what I needed done, they apparently expected me to stand through a long lecture delivered with an attitude. Apparently scanning a bar code and printing out was just terribly burdonsome. I left in mid-lecture. Seriously, why does the company keep people like this? Will complain to the head office, but from the other reviews this is a long time problem. read more
