I know certain FedEx locations are not that great, but the one in Midland, TX is the worst location I have ever been to. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. This is the second time the delivery woman lied about "nobody home" and took my overnighted package back to the office. I called 2 different supervisors who lied outright to me and said they would have her come back the same day. Like everything me else has complained about, my shipper sent my package 2day - which would have been Tuesday 10/16 but still no package. I look at the tracking information and can see it's left the Midland location and returned twice now. My deliver keeps getting changes to the next day by 4:30 and then I was told today by the main FedEx they don't deliver to PO boxes when TUESDAY, I received a darn FedEx package. Why were these packages NOT together?? Why can't they get them delivered? Too far? Then forward it to a closer FedEx. Do something but get me my package!!! This should have negative stars. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a delivery service. I had a package that requires a signature and was temperature sensitive. I left a note the first day to call me ( I was in the neighborhood stepped out for 1 hr of the day) driver did not bother... Second day, waited around all morning and noticed there were two zulily packages on my door. I thought that was weird, the doorbell did not ring. I look on my tracking update AP and it said "Not deliverable!" Fortunately, I have a camera on my doorbell and could see he was in a hurry, ran up dropped off two packages and bolted. Never even attempted to ring the doorbell. I call "customer service" they tell me he attempted to deliver that no one was home... really?! He can't do a reattempt because my box was at the warehouse 25 mins away. I head out there, guess what... they can't find it, "It still on the truck!" I am not happy. The "manager" of something tries to tell me the drivers and customer service are all contracted out... so they can't contact them directly. Worst business model if you ask me. Where is your accountability? He assured me the driver would call me that night and deliver the package. I showed him the video of the driver, not much he could say - obvious the driver lied. Never heard a word. Still no package. Never never again order anything important from fed ex. There is absolutely no accountability. This was wine for my Moms birthday, pretty sure it is ruined sitting in a 100 degree truck and warehouse for the last 3 days. read more

FedEx is horrible in general. I was expecting a package, it was delivered four blocks away from where I live. When I told FedEx this, the customer service rep sighed and said "oh well there is nothing I can do about it now, is there anything else I can help you with?" Seriously? Wow... Like everyone else, I'd like to give negative stars. I work out in the middle of nowhere, yes. But we get USP and other FedEx deliveries almost daily with no problem. I got a notification two days in a row that Fed Ex tried to deliver and the business was closed. WE ARE A POWER PLANT OPEN 24 HRS A DAY. Someone is always there. Our only entrance is gated with a call button that sounds all over the property so we know if someone needs to get in, as well as my desk faces a window that looks directly at the gate. Nobody has shown up or even attempted to deliver our package. This isn't the first time it's happened, either. The previous times, they admitted to not wanting to drive all the way out here. read more

Twice I have waited on a package that was to be delivered by 10:00 AM both times the delivery has been rescheduled, never arrived and had to go pickup at this location. The staff doesn't care. Well unfortunately they only get one star. I gave them an extra one because they need all the help they can get. I was expecting a package, just like most women do when they disrobe there man. And just like most women, I was let down. I found a door sticker. Cool that's a good start. So knowing it was too late in the day, I knew I would have to go by the FedEx office the next day. I left the door sticker with a note saying that If they got there before me, call me or drop package at the neighbors 10' away. Which they usually do anyway. So next day I get to my office ant the door tag and my note are gone. Neither me or my neighbor were left anything. So I go down to the FedEx office. I ask if there's a way they could check the area they keep packages that aren't received best customers. A gentleman who's eyes were more bloodshot then Frank Gallagher, said hey couldn't help me with out a door tag. I told him my issue about not having the tag because they didn't leave it. He didn't even respond. Just looked past me and asked the guy behind me if he was picking up or dropping off. Meanwhile the female I assume to be the manager hollers out " I'm gonna call security and have them remove you". To my surprise I young man also wearing a FedEx uniform responded, "go ahead, I know all of them". She continued to go on about how he's ignorant and not supposed to be doing what he was doing. Which to me looked like he was playing jenga with a stack of small packages. He looked her soul in the eyes and said, " go be stupid, I won't be working with you long, cuz one of us is getting transferred". Anyways long story short. I luckily was taking a pic of something in my hand (not my package) and found the tag number. Found out my delivery was cancelled and on its way back to New York. People think that their packages are stolen, but in fact they are probably delivered to the wrong address. This happened to our delivery. Thank God we have nice neighbors. Had the right address on package but driver can't read. read more

I waited all day for my package. I finally checked the tracking information. Only to see an another attempt would be made on Tuesday. It says business was closed or customer not available. They have left every package at my door with no signature since April. I checked my door and my neighbors doors and no notice. I guess Tuesday I will go to their office for my package. There should be an option of no stars. I was home when delivery was attempted last week but unable to get to the door in time. Packages have always been left before. This time a doortag was left, saying a signature was required. I chose the option of leaving the signed tag on the door, authorizing package to be left upon next attempt to deliver. After waiting several days, I called this morning to ask when to expect redelivery. Polite person on phone said the information she had said delivery was attempted 3 times. NOT TRUE!! FRUSTRATING!!! We live in West Odessa and now someone must go all the way to the FedEx Center near the airport. That is a waste of time and gas money. read more

I ordered a package with overnight guarantee. The package was not delivered the next day and it said due to weather, the weather was wonderful. So the next day i waited for my package and it still was not delivered. It said due to weather, the weather was in the 70's and again beautiful. I hope my package is deliver today since the weather is supposed to be in the 80's. As a side note the tracking said the package was on the truck in my town out for deliver both days, not in some part of the country where the weather is bad. read more

Amazingly, when you try to sign up on their website, in order to customize delivery times/places, you are unable to do so until you receive a top secret identity code which is sent to you via the US MAIL....do they not see the ridiculousness in this??? read more

This Station hands down is the most poorly managed Fed Ex that I have ever had to deal with. Senior and local management obviously does not know how to prepare for the holidays.The local staff there is unwilling to help eventhough the service as a customer has been paid for in full and in advance! Fed Ex does not have a problem taking my money up front then dropping the ball and not delivering as promised. Ethics and "I care about our customers" needs to be instilled in this location. No excuses, just results! Thats what you get paid for! Apologies do not make things right! To be honest I would fire the crew I was exposed to today due to total incompentency! Each time I didn't get a knock at the door or any notification. It's a simple as the driver is lazy and does not want to do their job. So now I have to go out of my way, to go pick up a package that I paid extra money for to be delivered to my door step.
