I get it; that sometimes happens, but then they proceeded to break two other screens and returned my iPad to me like this. I spoke personally to the manager to assured me that the screen would be overnighted. It was, then someone used it for another iPad. When they got mine in, they didn't call me to update me. I had to constantly call them. One tech said it was the loose charging port. The other said it wasn't. Then after having my iPad for THREE WEEKS, I finally got a call that it was ready. They also ordered another screen without a home button. You do this for a living. How do you not know what to order? Please keep in mind, this is the third screen. I showed up to pick it up and the excuses started. Ya see, it did start when I called you, but it turned off and isn't turning on. Could you come back tomorrow? Sure! Ugh!! But ok.... Next day. Screen comes in, she broke it. But don't worry, she called me and told me it was ready again. She forgot to mention that she broke the screen again. This time, it's non-repairable. So now I get the pleasure of not being able to access to my iPad to grab my old stuff. Neat. Yes, folks, again. And this picture here is how I took it home. The screen wasn't even attached. I know they went backwards on this one. The excuses started again, but I said ya know, let me just take it today and let's just be done. I've had enough of this run around. When the girl took me to the checkout counter, I asked how much they were actually going to charge me for and she said Word For Word ," well since this was my fu** up, we will only charge you for the battery." Wow. Super professional. She also then had to start searching for prices bc you know, me showing up was a surprise. This was a horrible, horrible experience. I don't know who owns this, but while I was there, they even gave two other customers the run around. If you're looking for the details on this situation if you have cameras, the date is Feb 5, 2024 at 2:00PM. I would rather risk giving my iPad to a local crack head to fix rather than these Yonks. They are all part of the same piss poor group of bad technicians but the guy here has to be the worst. The screen he used to "repair" my phone was a cheap knock off that was a bad fit to my phone and the touch is off kilter. It continually peels up so I brought it back to get fixed. He lied about it being a battery issue in an attempt to scam more money. In his attempt to fix it, he used super glue and now my phone looks like a pre K kid glued it On top of the bad repair job, his attitude was very aggressive and toxic. Avoid this place and go to a reputable electronics repair shop, that is unless you prefer to pay top dollar to be verbally abused and your phone be in worse shape than when you brought it in. They do offer a 30 day "guarentee" on labor and their cheap parts but no refunds. They know their work is sketchy as hell. Take your phone there at your own peril. You'll get what you deserve by ignoring this warning.

But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.

These people are amazing. My phone was having a few issues regarding battery (not charging properly), some water damage, and it was really dirty. The prices were slightly high so they negotiated with me. While my phone was with them for a few hours I went and did some grocery shopping at HEB, went to Ross and finished my errands. I returned after 2 hours to a completely unrecognizable phone. The battery is perfect now, my screen is actually visible, and the water damage was fixed! I went in Tuesday and Cristian helped me. He's the one that got 5 stars!! My 89 yrs old pawpaw is in the hospital having knee replacement. We had to replace his phone. Cristian directed me to the newer model of the phone instead of the pricy one. He hunted and worked for about 20 minutes to transfer a picture of my PawPaw's dog to the new phone. I get my phones fixed here for 2 years now they have fixed probably 10 of my phones if not more a d i have had zero issues. Ive also bought 4 phones from this guy with no issues. The guy is super nice has built more of a friendship with him he knows exactly who i am when i come in and treats me good works with me on prices. I visited this store and explored financing for an engagement ring and filled out what I was told…read morewas a simple financing application. At no point did anyone verbally tell me I was applying for a credit card, nor did they show me any written disclosures. Later, I discovered they had actually signed me up for a credit card without my knowledge or consent. When I called to request copies of the paperwork or any disclosures, they were unable to provide anything showing that I was informed or that the required terms were presented. Regulation Z, the Truth in Lending Act, requires clear disclosure of APR, fees, and terms to be provided before a credit card application is submitted. None were given to me, and they couldn't produce any documentation afterward. Very disappointing and not the level of transparency customers deserve. They also qouted me $2,000 above the price of the same ring another local jewler was able to custom make for me.
