So this has happened twice now. 1st time I let slide, but it happened again and I am p*ssed. To start, I am a disabled Veteran who gets his medication in the mail, as most of us do. The driver once again had delivered it to the wrong address. When I called to complain about this, I got the run-around until I got to the point of insisting on speaking with a supervisor. Flash forward to today. The driver who misdelivered my package was in the driveway waiting for me when I got home today in a FedEx van. He states that he went to get the package, and it was gone, so there is nothing he could do. I said, well, to be honest, maybe if you are not sure which house to deliver to ( there are only 2 out here, mine and my neighbor, whom I don't speak with), maybe he should call and get confirmation that he is delivering to the correct address. He proceeds to tell me that there are these things called numbers that people put up on their drive to tell people where to go. I have numbers on my house. Again drive is about a half mile long. Plus, putting up numbers would mean doing so on a neighbor's property as they own the surrounding land that leads to mine. (No one else has an issue using GPS to get to my place.) To say this is unacceptable is an understatement. This is insulin that we are talking about. So now I have to do what I can to get more from the VA, and hopefully they can help me. read more

I have no words for the amount of frustration that I have for FEDEX right now. This happens to me all the time. Ive called, Ive filed claims, Ive painted the numbers on my house so large you can see them from a mile away and this still happens. It is to the point now that when I order something if it is shipped by FEDEX I dont even order it anymore. How hard is it to check the address on the house with the address on the label? The last time I called FEDEX in Paducah the lady and the supervisor both said, oh yeah we know exactly where that is, there is NO reason your packages aren't going to the right place!!! And that was for an order in APRIL that I am still trying to get fixed. Save yourself the time, and money don't use FEDEX read more

FedEx said they delivered my package and left a picture of the package they "left by the front door" However, it wasn't MY front door! Good luck trying to get the issue resolved. You can't actually speak to anyone. All they do is say they are "investigating" the issue and will update me when they learn something new. FedEx Paducah absolutely sucks! This is not the first time they have lost a package. USPS is wonderful. UPS.....even better. It's literally the morons at FedEx screwing things up ALL. THE. TIME. I make a conscience effort to NEVER order anything from a seller that uses these imbeciles as their delivery method! read more

Admittedly I am very upset. I just got home to discover that FEDEX dropped my perishable fruit delivery off with the postal service when it was to be delivered to my front door. I am not sure what I spent $20 shipping on when my fruit will now be sitting in a toasty warm post office over the Thanksgiving holiday. Just praying that it will not be ruined come Friday morning. Used the Paducah Fed Ex shipping center two days in a row to ship home 4 boxes. Rachel helped us both days and I cannot say enough good things about her courteous, friendly and really helpful assistance. My husband and I rate her a 10! And our boxes arrived exactly as promised. Lost my priceless engagement ring and won't replace it. I sent it from California to NC (back to the jeweler to have the stone re set and the band sized) and it got "lost" here. Weeks passed and no one made any mention. As far as I knew it was sent back to the jeweler. I contacted the jeweler and he let me know he didn't have it, and thought I'd taken it to get reset locally. FedEx never detected that it was missing, even though we put insurance on it, the label was printed by a FedEx employee at a FedEx office, et cetera. It went missing here. I'm sure one of the workers here stole it. It was highly sentimental (I'd rather have that ring than 100 more rings) not to mention unique and rare. There are no more. No more will be made, my jeweler has confirmed. read more

I have never had anything but trouble when something is shipped to me via FedEx. Usually they would say their drivers couldn't find my house. I was expecting a package today and I tracked it this morning. It said it had been delivered at my front door about twenty minutes earlier. I went out to get it and no package anywhere. UPS never has this trouble. I just wish all companies used UPS as their shipper. The only good thing I can say is the people who answer the phones are very nice and polite. read more

Delivery driver didn't deliver my package today. Just straight up didn't try, then told dispatch I wasn't available. No tag on the door, nothing. Can't get a re-attempt because it's after 1pm, when his lie of an attempt occurred at 12:34. What kind of business allows this? 0 stars! read more

Everybody that I know around here that has had to use FedEx has some major complaint. They delivered my item fast but they sent it to the wrong house. I tried calling them but they don't publish their phone numbers and instead send you through an automated system with a customer support representative that doesn't understand that you can't talk on the phone when you're at work so calling you back is pointless. read more

This location has always been convenient in location and hours for me and the staff are friendly and helpful.
