The day before/of my move the owner Greg Smallz did not answer my phone call nor replied to any of my messages, he also went on to blocking me via phone and via Facebook after reaching out to him (I have proof and messages to prove so) leaving me with no one to move my things. I had to call around at the last minute for a moving company which costs me lots of money. I wouldn't recommend this moving company to anyone. He's bad business and never again will I ever do business with him AGAIN. Till this day I have yet to receive an apology or explanation as to why he couldn't/didn't move my things. Hi everyone - just wanted to share an experience with a local business that was shocking and…read moreupsetting to me and I share to discourage anyone from patronizing them. I have been a long time customer of Breelands postal/courier service at the front of the neighborhood on 378. I went in a couple of days ago to mail something and was waiting outside as they only allow one customer in at a time with a mask. When it was my turn, the customer leaving didn't have a mask on, so I assumed perhaps like many other businesses, they were wearing masks themselves, but not requiring customers to do so. As I entered, the owner said I needed a mask - I very matter of factly asked why the customer ahead of me didn't have one on (I put mine on as I was speaking to her) She got very defensive as said she was in the back and didn't know the lady didn't have one on (there were two other employees right there not asking her to put one on) - but that wasn't the point. She said they could require whatever they wanted to at the business - of which I agreed and had never questioned - I had simply asked why another customer wasn't wearing one. She accused me of complaining about mask wearing every time I came in - which is simply not true as I told her. I asked her once when the mandate was lifted how much longer they expected to be requiring it - and she said indefinitely, and accused others who didn't wear masks of not caring if others die. Pretty strong, I disagreed with her at the time, saying I cared very much about others, but doubted the effectiveness of the masks. It was a cordial conversation. I had been in numerous times since. She backed down and said I had brought it up two times previously - I don't remember another time - but not the point. She then told me she would not serve me and I needed to go to the post office.....I asked her very nicely why she was being so rude to a long time customer. I repeated that all I had done was asked why another customer was not wearing a mask. I was not rude in the least - that is not who I am. She stood her ground. I was truly shocked. She should not be allowed to treat customers like this and deny service.

Afterwards, the driver proceeded to tell me that it would make more sense for me to mail it and it was stupid to be using a courier service. Are you kidding me, what kind of company tells me I'd be better off not using them. Who taught him customer service? I have no complaints with the actual delivery because the letter got there on time but I cannot believe how poor the customer service was and I will be telling people NOT to use Southern Expediting.
