This was not a problem, I called the store the next morning and was told that they had my package in their hands and would pull it and put a note on it. Great! Until I arrived later in the day and no one knew what I was talking about and the package had been processed and sent.... No help at this point, I was told to talk to Amazon, who then said I had to take it up with UPS...
