The manager James acknowledged the driver was wrong for not tagging my package, knew I drove 40 minutes out of the way to pick up the package that which wasn't where it was supposed to be and all he could say, "oh yes I'm aware of the situation and I'll talk with the driver". The FedEx driver stole my children Christmas gifts. I have him on cameras all around my house showing he only delivered one small package and not the box of shoes. I ordered a shelf from Walmart. Tracking #4477 8540 6577 today on my street the fire department has roads blocked off cause of a broken gas line. Your Idiot driver drove past the barricade after the fireman yelled at him to stop several times. Which got my attention. Then he proceeded to back in my driveway damaging a tree by breaking a long branch off. He then took my shelf and tossed the box off his truck damaging the box. He drugged it down my driveway till I got outside and asked him to stop. I just opened it and not surprised by the damages he caused and missing part of the hardware to put together. That driver should be fired!! You all deserve a zero rating. This is how you take care of items? You people seriously suck!! read more

I ordered a heat press from Francierstudio. Item was to be delivered yesterday 4/26/21. Driver shows to my house sat there for 5 mins, drove off. At 8:30pm I tracked my package again, and it showed being delivered, although the FedEx driver never delivered it. Now they have opened an investigation, and I have to wait for FedEx to get back to me. I would like to know what happened to my heat press, and WHY it was not delivered. read more

Fedx is horrible!! I have a PO Box, which is where ALL my packages are supposed to be delivered. Never fails every single time "FEDX" is the delivery co it goes to some random address! SERIOUSLY! This service center is terrible. The staff was curt and rude. You'd think the counter staff would be courteous and helpful when patrons are coming at pickup time to retrieve missed packages, among other things. I was home for my delivery and the driver still did not wait a few seconds for me to answer the door. My box contained medicine that needed to be kept cold. I am furious with every step of this process and will probably hesitate from ordering again if I know it's coming FedEx. read more

Run away! Do not use this service. I have used federal express to overnight twice a month for the last five years. About two years ago they went up to $33 for a standard overnight letter. They are now charging $43 for a standard overnight letter! If you don't have an account you have to pay with a credit card they have no change and do not except company checks. Customer service is abysmal! Besides being hot inside the smelly sweaty service rep was even worse! Go to the post office our UPS! Unless you want to pay twice as much for less service. read more

Absolutely worthless, cost me thousands of dollars because they couldn't get my package here at 10:30 AM. Package went on truck at 9:30 AM and was scheduled to be here at 10:30AM. 1:30 pm still no package and nobody to speak too. Automated trash only. Stay away from this useless place. Use UPS if you something on time. Or even USPS. Fed Ex is terrible now 4 hours late and no help from customer service at all. I am staying at a hotel in Irmo, SC. The driver bypassed the front desk and went to my room and left an "Attempted Delivery" tag on my door ...Then driver (again) went right past the front desk of my hotel (where anyone I've ever met knows all mail and parcels are delivered). I called Fed Ex and was informed they were going to message the warehouse and they would call me to tell me when I could pick up my (extremely important) package. After 2 hours, I called FedEx again and was told that my "message was delivered, but sorry, sir, the warehouse is now closed". FedEx (and the driver) is now blaming me for including my hotel room # on my shipping address. Interesting how UPS and the Postal Service always know where to deliver my (many) packages. This is probably the worst company in America. I give it Zero stars, but it probably won't do any good. They are too big to give a damn about the consumer. These types of companies suck the life out of America through greed. They lie and give attitude and when push comes to shove they will win, until they start hemorrhaging revenues. That's where it's up to consumers to ask not to use them whenever possible. Go with an honest company that isn't full of shysters trying to suck Americans dry of money and happiness. They don't treat their employees well, they try to tear down other unionized teamsters because they wouldn't earn profits if they did treat people well and make them feel like a person. This particular location has the rudest staff and they are beyond unhelpful, they could care less that you are a consumer paying your hard earned dollars to get products shipped. I paid for overnight shipping and while I was sitting in my living room watching the outside CCTV camera's waiting on the package I get a text saying the driver said I wasn't home. Text also said I could pick up my package after 10:00 PM but the center closes at 7:00 PM. I was left speechless by the out right lie told to me. Total Losers read more

This place is not helpful at all. I missed a package and the door tag told me I could pick it up at 8. The problem is that they close at 7:30. So I went there to not see anybody at the store besides package deliverers. So I wasted 30 minutes and then called the store. I got told that my package isn't even able to get picked up. Horrible experience every time someone ship me something via fedex. The driver continues to come after business hours, I signed door tag to leave package the driver placed another door tag over the signed door tag. I never have any issues with UPS but fedex never can get it right. It's like they over work their drivers or place impossible tasks on their drivers. When driving to their office to pick up my package the driver didn't leave one of their drivers almost hit me because he was rushing. Horrible!!! read more

Terrible customer service. I was left a door tag to pick up a gift needed by Christmas on 12/23. The scheduled delivery time was by 10:30 on 12/24. Since the package required a signature I planned to be available then (12/24). They attempted to deliver it on the morning of 12/23. The door tag said I could pick it up at the facility after 3 pm. Their typical hours were marked out. When I arrived no one was available to assist me. I have also not been able to contact anyone on the phone. Terrible service and a terrible company. read more
