We came in yesterday and Brittney S. and her staff greeted us warmly and worked a lot with us. We couldn't stay because of an appointment, so we came back today. Brittney was here again and she was excited to see us come back. She walked us through the different models we were considering and answered all of our questions. When my wife was looking at cases and pop sockets, she joined in and made it a lot of fun. She did everything that she could to help us. My old phone had some issues and took a long time to backup, but she was understanding and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and to make our move to ATT fun and exciting! Thanks Brittney!

A little later I do get a call and am told that it will now be between 4 & 5pm before the tech will show up and am offered to take something off the price for the inconvenience, I say that would be nice. Tech arrives at 4 and has windshield in by 4:30 then I am charged the full price for the job. The tech gets a "C" because he did not bother to contact to let me know he would be late, but the company gets a BIG "F" for some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Keep in mind 45 days ago when I purchased it, the staff was stating that it is the very best tank and makes all others inferior. Well... my tank made it 40 days. No issues, no dropping or banging it, it stopped making contact. They said it was passed the 30 day manufacturers warranty. No goodwill attempt no prorating no man that sucks. She had to get her manager involved for higher level options before the end result was reached. In the end, it was determined that my dumb self had merely dropped the phone down the side of the driver's seat of my car. They could have just sold me another phone, as I was prepared to do. But they saved me the money by finding it. I am extremely grateful for their efforts.
