The people have all been courteous. The grooming department seems inadequate: inconsistent schedule/availability. (I wanted to make an appointment, but was told that I could do a walk-in instead, but to just call because the young lady (probably from the front of the store) who took my call didn't know when groomers would be in, or which one. She did not seem to contact the department, but just asked someone who may have been standing nearby.) It's not clear that the groomers are experienced or that they stay with Feeders. (I have been informed of four different individuals between my last visit and this second attempt. One of the first two may have been in training, but if so, no informed me of this in advance.) The first visit was for a bath and trim. The awful haircut was blamed on my dog. This appointment was going to be for a nail trim, but between reconsidering my first experience and the inquiring for a nail trim, I've decided against giving it another try. It's one thing to give a 10 pound pooch a bad trim, but I didn't want to risk...a bad experience with nail trimming. read more
