Today they have a special for 12.00. I go to the register expecting to pay maybe 15 because the price fluctuates so much and to my surprise I'm told 23.00. WTF!! How?? I'm then told after my hair is done that I can't get the discount rate that's posted outside and inside because my hair is curly. SMH. I will not be coming back here. EVER!!
