You will not be disappointed! The shop is clean and well put together. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I got the deep tissue massage and it is out of this world! I mainly went in because I was having lower back pain and my scheduled massage therapist appointment at a different provider wasn't for another two weeks. My only wish is that I hadn't waited until Monday to try them out because I ended up suffering from major back pain all weekend. My experience today was not as I've had before. The massage itself was very good however the gentlemen seemed to be less friendly than on previous visits. I was also disappointed that he said there were no hot stones. It felt as though he just didnt want to do them unlike past visits. read more

Mediocre massage for an hourly rate and then they were mad about an over 15% tip because it wasn't quite their recommended 20%. She literally stopped me as I was signing the bill to point to the 20% tip. read more

They are a great establishment and allows for the customer to fully relax! Personally I dislike talking to my masseuse during massage and they never bother me. Have had good experience the previous times, but the most recent was bad. The therapist was on her phone 90% of the time. She would use one hand. I could feel her typing on her phone next to my leg when she put her phone on the massage table, and her phone would vibrate when someone responded. Very unprofessional. Aside from the business meetings I had in Cheyenne, I also did had very good massage from YoYo. She is a licensed masseuse and has been well trained. There's something about her that seemed familiar. After about 30 minutes I remembered where we last saw each other. It was at a restaurant in LA. She was with a group of friends and I was leaving the restaurant the same time as she and her friends. Unfortunately they had a flat tire. I asked if they had AAA, and all I got was mystified stares. I looked in the trunk to try and find the spare but there was no spare. Most likely the spare was one of the four tires in use. Anyway, a few minutes later a solution was provided and they were in their way. Nice to see her again. We FaceTimed with her friends and all had a good laugh. Needless to say I had a great tension relieving massage. It's nice to see Cheyenne and other metropolitan areas of Wyoming have all the comforts of home. read more
