Paid a deposit for Hunter to do a piece for me. Our schedules didn't coincide for a couple months last summer, I was traveling. Got back reached out she was out on Maternity leave text numerous times, reached out via insta and called the shop left a message for a call back to schedule and appointment. Completely willing to work around her schedule when she returned. Crickets! I then asked her to Venmo my money back to me, again not response. Obviously needs the money more than I do. Taking peoples money for no work is wrong and not responding is shady to say the least. I would've at least appreciated hey not giving the money back because?... no response is not a way to do business. So go with, God. I hope it brings happiness to you and your family. read more

Worst experience ever. Didn't even get through the door. Literally just called for information on how to get my daughter's nose pierced. We dealt with the rudest individual ever. He kept getting louder and when confronted about how he was getting ruder and louder he just kept continuing to do so. The whole issue was over a state issued ID. Right, no problem. We had one better, Federal issued one since my husband is in the Guard as well as an SO. When you get a military ID we have to show everything from custody (to prove my husband can be her main sponsor and ins. provider, etc.), birth certificates, divorce decrees, marriage licenses, marriage certificates, etc. Well, this guy was trying to say it was state law that I had to bring in her military ID plus all those documents for him to xerox and file in order for him to pierce her! I was like no! I looked it up and that's not the law plus you have to have all those things to obtain that ID even if my last name is now different from hers. I'm not obligated to bring in documents that have my social security number or anything where my identity can be stolen. My husband researched and knew the law so I mentioned he was an SO plus in the Guard and this man assumes I'm trying to intimidate him! He accused me of trying to get some kind of break and says he has to follow the law like everyone else! I said of course he does, that's why we looked it up and made sure what is actually required. The more we pointed out facts and said what the law required the louder and more belligerent this man became saying he didn't have to pierce anyone if he didn't want to! He then just kept defaulting back from "laws" to he did have to pierce anyone if he didn't want to before hanging up, at that point he was screaming and my husband had said (this is after I asked repeatedly "why are you yelling") "I'm done dealing with you." Bottom line DO NOT BRING IN ALL YOUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS JUST BECAUSE THIS MAN SAYS YOU HAVE TO! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

Made an appointment a week in advanced to come to Cheyenne and get a piercing. When we drove up from Laramie to Cheyenne today, they said the piercer forgot about us and wasn't in town. Pretty unprofessional and a waste of time. Wouldn't recommend making an appointment because they clearly don't take it seriously. read more
