From the Business
Specialties
At FGI, we pride ourselves and providing the best coffee in Pembrokeshire. We are also regarded as the best stopping off point for cyclists, athletes, triathletes and for people that are looking to get back into sport. Throw in some tasty cakes, soup, paninis, sports nutrition and equipment and you will come to realise why people like us.
History
Established in 2013.
The business was initially created to provide cyclists and coffee fans a place to enjoy great coffee. We quickly found that our market was a lot wider and that everyone enjoys great coffee but a lot of the time they don't know where the best place is to get it! We have also carved out a reputation for offering training to men and women that wish to compete in Triathlons and the Ironman competition. We are now regarded as the first stop in the county for people that want to get really active.
Meet the Business Owner: Rhys J.
Rhys is the hub and face of the business. Having built a reputation for his Triathlon, cycling, swimming and running competitiveness, when he is not making great coffee, he now offers coaching to anyone that would like begin or improve their sporting ability in these fields. Rhys likes to relax (for the occasional hour or two a week), by putting his tartan slippers on, then kicking back watching Eastenders or Glee - which apparently he "loves".
