Like most scam artists, Dr. Straface is excellent at creating a sense of urgency only to get your payment and then provides no real services. Worst doctor that I have ever dealt with in my entire life with horrible bedside manner. Dishonest and terrible reputation - went against better judgement and sought out her services to my detriment. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone - came away scammed. If you want zero treatment and a waste of time, then this is your doctor, but if you want real solutions and a patient centric experience then you need a different doctor. read more

I found Dr. Straface through Google because I needed the Covid-19 recovery form to travel. I submitted everything that was required of me and paid the $125 fee. The website asked me to confirm that it has been 10 days since symptoms onset which I checked that box. Since I was outside out the US, I tried to email for help. Dr. Straface texted me back personally and asked me to contact her office manager AMBER over the phone. She said that Amber will be able to help. I called the office from France and got BARBIE on the phone. She couldn't help much but at least she was nice. She asked me to send my Covid test result which I could not get from CVS at the time, thus I requested a full refund. Barbie told me that it's possible but she doesn't has authorization to do so. She told me that, Amber, the office manager could. A few days has passed, I emailed Barbie but no reply. I called the office today to talk to Amber who then told me she has NO access to that "portal." She will have to reach out to Barbie and call me back. Amber sounds extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. You know what they say about the word environment when the manager at the top treats customer like trash with ZERO respect. Amber hung up the phone on me without a clear explanation. I run multiple businesses, I understand that money in is way easier than money out but it has been a week without an explanation. I don't know how their customer service is in person but through my quick interaction with AMBER, I do not recommend this practice to anyone. read more

Dr Straface is the ONLY doctor I trust with my face and weight loss concerns. She is very friendly, professional and KNOWS her stuff! Her team is amazing and never disappoints. Before doing anything, Dr. Straface spent time talking to me about my goals and she had many great tips to get me started. She told me about the three P's - Protein, Products and Procedures. The skin care line she sells is top notch! There are no high pressure sales pitches, she just shows it to you and explains what it can do. I have done a variety of her procedures including the needling (which worked wonders) the heat facial and botox and fillers. My skin looks better than it has in 10 years.
