She didn't over-treat my face or make me feel like I needed to add-on unwanted services. In fact, she did the less is more approach with precise injections. My skin looks and feels a million times better. I had forehead + 11's treated; and the chin & lip flip to create more voluminous lips without filler. She was super attentive to me. I had some scabs on my legs and she made sure to avoid it, because she didn't want the laser to target the darker pigment on the scab. Prahb was constantly checking up on me, making sure that the laser wasn't too strong and making sure that I wasn't in any pain. I also saw some progress from my 1st treatment. Some of my leg hairs were noticeably thinner, and some were growing at a shorter rate than others. Overall, great experience and I will make sure to update whenever I come for my next treatment.

Management does a solid job of "honoring" their clients by granting at least 1-2 sessions to help regain loyalty, which I think is a fair approach--they also have a business to run. One of my favorite aspects of this studio is how clean and welcoming it always feels. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive. There was a time when an "overly involved" teammate was hired, and that annoyed me, which led me to stop coming for a while. However, I recently returned and was greeted by a new team member whose approach was helpful without being overwhelming or pushy. I loved that organic balance, so will be retuning in the new year.
