My travel agent, Maggie Mirarchi, was instrumental in helping me plan the absolute best trip to Disney World I have ever experienced. She had great recommendations for accommodations and provided them within one hour. The Grand Floridian was within walking distance of the Magic Kingdom, our favorite park, and this was a great way to start and end the day. She knows everything there is about the magic bands, lightening passes, dining plans, transportation to and from the airport and stroller rentals. The itinerary she developed for us was perfect and was based on the special restaurants we wanted to go to. She took our list of desired places and made the reservations the moment the system allowed. This resulted in getting everything we wanted during the busy Easter week. The limo service she recommended was there on time, with a car seat and had great drivers and beautiful cars. The Kingdom stroller company was such a blessing. I don't know how we would have navigated the park without it. During a busy week, the lightening pass is worth every cent. Another perk was her recommendation to get some groceries via Amazon and have them delivered to the hotel. This way we had some fresh fruit for the morning and snacks for the park. Maggie went out of her way to answer my question about a dinner reservation when I was in the park. She put my mind to ease right away with her knowledgeable answer.
