Last weekend my sister's fiancé rented a yacht from this company from 4-8p for her birthday. Communication was atrocious, apparently the broker had double booked bc our party didn't board until 6pm. This really hindered our experience, given that some of us had plans after 8p that we ultimately lost bc of poor planning and communication. If you want a headache, this is the company for you. The captain was nice and the owner wasn't of any help, while we tried to resolve the issue. read more

Unfortunately, my experience could have been SO MUCH better! If you book with this company be prepared for lack of communication! The boat was scheduled for 4PM and no one had informed us of where the boat would be or who the captain was. The address provided on the website is a general address for several boats to pick up people so we had to wait for 1.5 hours! We called multiple times to obtain the information but they kept delaying the information as they did not have it since they had five other charter boats taking off. The staff in the pick up location informed us (and the captain of the boat confirmed) we were double booked! The prior boat group was scheduled to end at 5PM and we were scheduled to start at 4PM. But FEELING YACHTY never communicated this or apoligized for the tardiness. Aside from that the captain was great! But unfortunately, in the beginning of the boat tour the AC was not working on the inside and toward the end of the trip the water for bathroom and sink got shut off. We ended up getting on the boat since FEELING YACHTY does not provide a refnd or rescheuling. THEY ARE NOT FLEXIBLE AND DO NOT COMMUNICATE. You are better off with another company, heed my warning! read more

Booked through this company in April for a 50ft sea ray from 4pm-9pm for my 30th birthday on May17th. Paid the deposit and never heard back from anyone regarding day of expectations. On the day of my booking, there was still no communication. We arrived to the marina at the expected time of 3:30. After trying to call several numbers, at around 4:15 I finally got through to someone who was extremely rude, could not find the boat we booked and after an hour of going back and forth he tells us our boat is "broken". After quite some time he calls back to tell us his solution is a 38ft boat for $650 at a marina 5 minutes away. That's the only one available he had. That is what I was paying for the 50ft. I had 5 cars who already paid $40 for parking. I got my deposit back only after threatening to call the cops. Did not get reimbursed for the parking. Would never recommend this company. Terrible customer service. Ruined my birthday. read more

We were celebrating a friends 50th birthday and booked the Hula Girl. What a great time we had! We anchored at a sand bar and had a healthy lunch of grilled chicken, fresh pasta, vegetables, snacks and cookies for dessert. We then set out for some site seeing in the luxury neighborhoods. After that we went out to sea and had a great time! The boat was beautiful and easy to get around. We loved Mike & Sandy and their hospitality. Mike sure knows how to sail. We will definitely be back and cruise again. It was well worth the money and we all had lots of fun! One helpful tip is to ask your cab driver to come back for you when the cruise is over. We celebrated my sister's bachelorette party with a half-day charter on the Hula Girl. Sandy and Captain Mike were so great! There were 7 us, and the 40' catamaran was more than accommodating. Deserves 10 Stars!!! I booked the sunset dinner cruise for my fiance on her birthday. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sandy to set this up. When we arrived to the boat, we had a very warm welcome from Sandy and Captain Mike. The whole night was wonderful. Sandy made us a very wonderful dinner with shrimp cocktail, salad, and salmon. Not only is she a great cook, she is a great bartender too! Captain Mike is a great captain and cruised us around Key Biscayne and Hurricane Harbor to anchor up for dinner. After dinner we headed back and had great conversations with them. They are truly down to earth people and are a ton of fun. Can't wait to see you guys next time in Miami! read more

Where do I even begin? From the moment I contacted Sandy about booking their catamaran for our bachelorette group, the experience was nothing but outstanding. Sandy was quick to reply to every email and willing to be extremely flexible when the weather was threatening our flight. Thankfully we were able to keep our original reservation and it was the perfect way to kick off our first full day in Miami. Captain Mike was constantly making sure we were happy with the location and Sandy was perfectly attentive in being sure we had everything we needed. The only problem was that we had to get off the boat and then try to make the following days in Miami live up to our day with Sandy & Mike :) It was truly a day that was impossible to top & I'd recommend this private charter to anyone in the market! Hula Girl is a beautiful boat! We were a group of 7 girls. Mike and Sandy were so accommodating, friendly, fun and easy to talk to. Sandy and Captain Mike were amazing. We did a company's President Club trip in Miami and wanted to take a catamaran around the ocean. They fit all 12 of us. We went swimming and there were beach towels for us. They accomodated all our needs especially on our food. We had Shrimp cocktails and burgers/hot dogs... It was so fun going to the Sand Bar in the middle of the ocean. I will definitely recommend them and use them again when I return back to Miami. read more

My 8 girlfriends and I had the most amazing day with Sandy and Mike on the Hula girl. For 4 hours we coasted on their immaculate, beautiful boat, equipped with a stereo, bathroom, plenty of seating space, water noodles, and great company. We brought sandwiches and liquor and they supplied plenty of ice, water, and soda. Captain Mike drove us around to beautiful parts of Biscayne Bay and also brought us to a sandbar to swim for as long as we liked. We chartered a boat for the 4th of July weekend and it was the most easy and seamless process we've ever had. Sandy and Captain Mike were such a pleasure and it almost felt like they were a part of the crew just hanging out (but of course focusing on the sailing). 6 of us booked with Sandy for a 1/2 day charter (12pm-4pm) and it was everything and more we could've asked for. The price is reasonable especially if you split it up amongst you all. We brought our own booze and tanned on the trampolines; the first spot Captain Mike took us to was a little too windy and chilly so he took us to another spot which was PERFECT and truly made the experience wonderful. They let the anchor drop and we just jumped right off the boat (or walked down the ladder for those who were whimps)- they provided noodles and floating devices. We were able to play our own music and munch on snacks we decided to bring as well. Truly a wonderful experience and its mostly because of the hosts. You went so far above and beyond what I had expected, bringing us cheese and crackers, fruit and champagne as we enjoyed the view, then preparing the meal I had brought for a very very romantic dinner. So amazing. And to top it off those pictures you took were incredible, you even captured the moment I proposed! And at the same time, it was very private, much of the time it felt like we had the boat to ourselves. That seat on the very front of the bow, just above the water was perfect for the proposal. We threw a surprise party for my mother that included a four-hour charter on the Hula Girl with Mike & Sandy. It couldn't have gone better. Because my mom is older, we didn't want to cruise, anchor and swim, so Sandy suggested a cruise, dining at Boater's Grill in Key Biscayne, and cruising some more. It was such a great idea and we had so much fun. Sandy & Mike are great hosts and they provide refreshments and snacks and there's also a grill we chose not to use since we were eating at a restaurant. The Hula Girl also has four bedrooms for overnight charters. I spoke with a few companies before choosing this one and I have to say from my first conversation with Sandy, I felt I was in great hands and I was right. Marvelous way to spend a day in Miami. My girlfriends and I were in South Beach for Labor Day Weekend for a bachelorette party and I am so lucky to have stumbled upon Catamaran Sailing in Coconut Grove. It was a mere 20 minute ride from the South Beach strip of hotels to the Marina and Sandy and Mike were waiting for us upon arrival. They were lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. Their catamaran was incredibly clean and fit our group of ten wonderfully with room to spare. They offered drinks and snacks on board as well as noddles for swimming. We chartered the catamaran for 4 hours and stopped to swim in the sandbar and sail past the mansions in Biscayne Bay. This excursion truly made our trip and I would recommend this to anyone who asks what to do while they were in Miami. On top of the whole wonderful trip we felt the cost was totally reasonable. We used Fab2Go limo service to shuttle us to the Marina who I would also highly recommend. read more
