They quit carrying that particular brand due since they were having similar problems and couldn't get replacement parts for that brand. The manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty. However, Foulk Brothers stepped up to the plate and ate the cost! That's service you don't find anymore! Foulk Brothers you have my business and recommendations from now on! My water heater died on the 24th of December . I called American Home Shield and they Dispatched…read morethese guys for the repair . I knew that it's wasn't going to happen until Tuesday because of the holiday . Bright and early Tuesday morning I spoke to these folks and the Quickest they could come was Thursday morning ( ugh ) . They offered to call American Home Shield and have them Re-dispatch the call . They could have just made me wait BUT they chose to lose the service call money ( 75.00) and the price of a water heater and labor as well . In my book that by its self makes them Honest and Customers centered Company . And worthy of praise and Thanks .
