Almost as soon as it hit the 58 hour mark my eyelashes started coming off in chunks. I messaged her about it and she said it would be $25 and gave me limited availability. When I told her none of those times worked for me she ghosted. Cut to 4 days after my lash extensions and my right eye the lashes are basically non existent. I have like 3 lashes left. Yesterday it had been 6 days and they look terrible. I told her I want some of my money back to get them fixed somewhere else. She said she doesn't do refunds and that it's probably how I'm caring for them. She never told me how to care for them. She didn't tell me how to wash them. She didn't tell me how often to brush them. She didn't tell me anything. Save yourself $120 and go somewhere else. She didn't even offer to give just my tip back. It sucks because I really did plan on becoming a repeat client. Not happy that I look this terrible
