We spent hours crawling on the snowy roads and by the time we got to the hotel, I was so tense, my back was completely out. The front desk clerk searched for a chiropractor who would open his office to take an emergency case on a Sunday; and Dr Dean Harrison stepped up to the plate. His compassion, clinical skills, generous time and sound advice eased my pain so I didn't have to cut the kid's ski trip short, and I was able to make the drive back to NJ with caution, following his instructions, and without incident. What a waste of time and poor medical practice, for my back is seen dr Zmurko again, I had a friend who seen him and swore he was the best. I guess if you a working man. Im disabled and can't work do to my neck and back. Did a steroid injection that made things worse 10 days later in major pain. The friend had one I have 3 and two that are causing numbness and pain down both legs. But see these clowns think that if its not a text book case then your not a surgery case. I have documents of loosing most of my feelings to my legs, so I dont get the text book pain and feeling. And im a high tolerance for pain person. But when im stumbling on rough ground and collapse from the pain that's an issue. Even the therapist said I need to be seen by a surgeon because of my issues. Tired of arguing with doctors that think they know everything but dont even look at all your medical records except dartmouth who said after a messed up surgery I was going to be a quadrapoligic. That was 12 yrs ago. Im still walking but because I have fought to get where I am. I get a good doctor and they leave. And no I dont want pain meds or need them. Just want real doctors who actually care and want to help not shove you to the side and talk to you like your an idiot. Because you dont want to go against other doctors. Dartmouth screwed up and you think they are right. Bone chip in my spine left from them. If your going to see a patient get all there medical records together and actually read them. She takes her time with EVERY patient, she is thorough, knowledgeable, and leaves none of my needs unmet. She explains everything and takes the time to write down all of the details for me. She never rushes me out the door and I leave every appointment feeling like I was her most important patient of the day. I will gladly wait for my turn when going to an appointment with her. I try to bring my laptop, tablet, or a book so that I can keep busy until I'm on deck. I leave 200% satisfied! The doctor is okay and I liked him more when he called me back to help me replace my glasses after the dog chewed mine up even during this COVID stuff.. so I was pretty happy for that. Unfriendly staff members are NO fun.. in fact, I almost mentioned it to the Doctor, telling him he could be losing many patients. I have worked for docs my career as a biller and a front office staff person. Friendliness and empathy are so important. I have to giggle though.. the lady that does her eyebrows like Joan Crawford is like whoa! I would refer anyone to Dr. Del Bianco. The staff actually gets friendlier the more you go... lol. Also, I am friendly to people whether they are to me or not. It is all about how I want to be treated. With the quality of her work and the experience she has, I told her she needs to charge more. I followed my massage with a Chiropractic treatment from Joe, by the way Lisa and Joe are married and are the owners, my body was so relaxed Joe was finally able to adjust me. My back and neck were a wreak from all the digging on the property and then trying to play 18 holes of golf. Joe is very intuitive and gentle. He takes his time doing some easy joint movement before adjusting. Overall I left very relaxed and taken care of. The whole thing was less than $100 so I left a $20 tip. I live in CA most of the year and I have a my own health club with a chiropractor and 5 massage therapists. When I come to VT for the summer I go to Joe and Lisa.

She wanted a massage so we checked out Joe. My wife has gotten massages from Tokyo to Thailand to NYC to Rome and this was one of the if not the best massage she has ever had.
