She wanted a massage so we checked out Joe. My wife has gotten massages from Tokyo to Thailand to NYC to Rome and this was one of the if not the best massage she has ever had. Not only did Joe relieve her muscle pain but he also realized that a past surgery was impeding her mobility in her neck and she found instant release. Joe's manner was not only informative but also comforting. We wish we lived closer to Woodstock as Joe would become a constant in our lives. Ashley did not ask my wife if she wanted any nail polish even though we paid for it in the package. Ashley left the room and told my wife to just enjoy the massage chair. Ashley totally disappeared. I had Hannah, who did well with me. She did everything that we paid for. While my pedicure was getting finished, I was already feeling anxious because I noticed Ashley left twenty minutes early, she came back and asked in front of everyone how we were paying and how much of a tip we wanted to leave her. I was so uncomfortable. After I paid, while still getting my pedicure mind you, she just disappeared again. I wanted to talk to her about her hospitality after I was finished but I couldn't find her anywhere. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Also there were ants in the bathroom all over the sink which is not what I wanted to see while I'm trying to get a spa experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
