Striking out everywhere, I thought I'd stop in here since I was in the area. Knowing I was going to be in this general vicinity, I pulled up their website prior to my venturing out to see the style and potential collection of clothing (specifically dresses) that they carry. Looked promising, so I was hopeful when I walked in the door. Meh. Nothing that I saw on the website was on any rack, and what was on the rack was extremely dull -- styles were odd, fabrics and patterns were not flattering. I didn't even find one item to try on, as I was completely unimpressed with everything I saw (including some pretty steep prices considering the garment). It didn't help that not one of the three employees in the store that day even greeted me when I walked in. I didn't hear one word out of any of them, as I walked back and forth through the store for at least 15 minutes (and, mind you, I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time). Move on. Nothing to see here.

After two weeks, when I switched to the stage 2 faja, the button for the sanitary liner immediately popped off--clearly defective on a product that cost over $200 with tax. I dropped off the stage 2 faja for the promised free alteration and button repair. On August 9th, I was told it was ready, only to find that the button had not been repaired. The owner even denied that I had reported the issue, despite the fact that I had it documented in writing via text and noted when I dropped it off. At this point, I had already been without my faja for a week. She sent it back again, and on August 19th I picked it up. When I tried it on at home, it was clear the faja was either not altered at all or altered incorrectly, as it still felt loose. Worse, the button was still not properly fixed and popped off again. When I reached out to the owner, she ignored my message rather than addressing the issue. For the amount of money spent, this level of poor quality and unprofessional customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend shopping here. The same Forma Tu Cuerpo fajas can be purchased online for much less, without the hassle and lack of accountability
