This location is tucked away in an industrial yard kind of situation, way out of the way. After going through no less than three gates on foot, I never even made it to whatever counter or "storefront" they were supposed to have out there, because I was informed by some worker that it closes at 2pm on Saturdays. It was 2:30. Had to leave without getting what I came for and exhausted and frustrated. Avoid unless you have a car or truck. Make sure they're open. Or just go to the Bowery, or a different store entirely.

I made the order two days later, had it delivered and then found they'd added a $60 delivery fee (to drive five minutes from the store). Then they refused to remove the delivery fee when I complained. They added it on and did it knowingly without telling me, claiming only after I complained that the policy since the new year is free delivery over $500. Though I was told two days before ordering (well into the new year) that it was free over $300. I prefer to support local businesses but I would have saved a lot of money getting my materials at Home Depot

I will never shop there again and will discourage any one from shopping there!!

She checked inventory found they had what I was looking for in Pressure Treated or Cedar. Since I was using them for Bird-feeders, because everything has to eat, Pressure treated was the way to go. Great price and was able to purchase on the phone and they held the order for me till this pass Tuesday. Called when I got there and they brought the items out in 10 min with a fork lift and driver help place them in pickup.
