But once it was all together with my white bath seat, white shower pan, repainted the white ceiling, it looks so clean and neat. They took their time snd didn't rush. Encouraged me to come check inside to check out the work. They were dressed professionally, were respectful and did an excellent job cleaning up. They even went a step further, when the original trim was removed, it pulled a half dollar size of paint off of my wall. They bought a whole gallon of paint, repainted the wall, and you can't see where the small area of paint had ever been missing.

Recently, we found Luke's Repairs and Remodeling to address the following issues: all interior and exterior doors were replaced and reframed, all pocket doors were replaced with new hardware which required removing and replacing the drywall. We also needed the entire house painted, a closest built around our mechanicals and additional shelving erected in the laundry area, as well as some electrical work. Luke came out, listened to everything we had to say and gave excellent input for the project. He gave us an estimate and stayed within the estimate for the entire job. Luke started on time, communicated throughout the entire timeline and ended on time. Luke, as well as his skilled carpenters, never minded being interrupted with questions and always took the time to communicate clearly. The project took approximately two weeks to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Luke's warehouse to choose the items we needed for the repair and remodeling. Luke also did all the ordering, pick up and checked the materials that were delivered. We never had to bother with any items that were needed for our home. When I asked for his credentials, Luke did not hesitate to provide me a copy of his Kentucky contractor's license and his insurance. We noticed the way Luke was with the men he worked with. They had immense respect for each other. We are confident that the crew will stay with Luke. Finding a quality business to do home repair and remodeling is very difficult. Cheap, but Poor quality work and poor longevity…read more They made several mistakes and took several shortcuts when doing my job initially. I caught much of it, like the 1/2 circle area being uneven and not a 1/2 circle, and not removing the existing patio enough in some areas that it would have poked through the top of the new one. Unfortunately, some issues made it past me including; -There is a low spot at the end of the steps which means when there is cold weather the first thing i get is a patch of ice at the foot of the steps. Pretty dangerous. -The "straight" sides are not all straight. This created unnecessary problems when having a deck built next to the patio. -The vertical part of the steps are not even. And now the concrete started spalling within about 3 years. Their answer to this? "Powerwash and apply a penetrating waterproofing sealer and it shouldn't get worse". I paid for their 'advanced sealant' when this was put in by the way. Unhappy customer here. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because it could have been worse as its not crumbling, just spalling.
