They have breached our contract, damaged my home, and are not showing any urgency regarding my complaint despite being paid in full.Specifically, TFS failed to deliver on the following contract terms: Missing Foam Board: The contracted foam board insulation was never installed to close the vent. Missing Crawl Space Door: The insulated crawl space door was never installed, leaving the area exposed. Instead I know have property damage because they used spray foam instead of the agreed-upon foam board, which has gaps of exposed areas to the outside and damaged the exterior siding of my house.To make matters worse, the crawl space encapsulation is completely unfinished, and the sump pump they installed is non-functional and currently leaking water everywhere. Although I've called many times I to escalate these severe issues, my concerns remain pending as I have not been given a day for repairs to be made. Management repeatedly blamed their lack of response on "internal restructuring" and "staffing shortages." Internal organizational issues are no excuse for abandoning a paying customer with a damaged home and a leaking pump.TFS needs to immediately contact me to complete the initial project scope, repair my damaged exterior siding, and clean up the debris and mess left behind on my property. Never got the email receipt from her either Y'all are evidently not good at customer service, calling back or following up and DO NOT deserve my business. Recently, we found Luke's Repairs and Remodeling to address the following issues: all interior and exterior doors were replaced and reframed, all pocket doors were replaced with new hardware which required removing and replacing the drywall. We also needed the entire house painted, a closest built around our mechanicals and additional shelving erected in the laundry area, as well as some electrical work. Luke came out, listened to everything we had to say and gave excellent input for the project. He gave us an estimate and stayed within the estimate for the entire job. Luke started on time, communicated throughout the entire timeline and ended on time. Luke, as well as his skilled carpenters, never minded being interrupted with questions and always took the time to communicate clearly. The project took approximately two weeks to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Luke's warehouse to choose the items we needed for the repair and remodeling. Luke also did all the ordering, pick up and checked the materials that were delivered. We never had to bother with any items that were needed for our home. When I asked for his credentials, Luke did not hesitate to provide me a copy of his Kentucky contractor's license and his insurance. We noticed the way Luke was with the men he worked with.
