I can't say enough about my experience at Dr. Manning's office & the surgical producer he…read morepreformed. Just like most people these days I turned to Facebook & Twitter to find out who was the best ENT in NorthWestArkansas and Dr.Manning's name was mentioned multiple times and Dr. Felicia Johnson was a very close second. I called his office immediately to setup a consultation and he was booked two months out which I thought was a good sign. Located in Springdale (Harbor meadows) the building was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking when I get there even though it was packed inside. The young lady at the front desk had me fill out some information and I proceeded to wait for 30 mins or so until my name was called. They actually called me back about 5 mins past my scheduled appointment time which isn't bad considering how busy the place was. The facilities are very nice and clean, they seem to pay close attention detail based off my observation. I found Dr. Manning to be personable and extremely knowledgeable, he also did a great job of explaining things in lemans terms after speaking professional jargon. My wife was very impressed with him and he did a great job of walking her through the challenges I would experience after surgery. First forward to my surgery ... The procedure was done on the 3rd floor of the Jones building in Springdale which is located behind Northwest Medical Center. I had to sit down with an accountant to fill out paperwork, she was very friendly and encouraged me to pay my balance up front to save 10%. ALL of the nurses that I worked with were so awesome they made me, my wife and mother all feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They even wheeled me down to the car when it was time for me to go, I hope I never have to get another Septoplasty but if I do I'll for-sure go back to Dr. Manning for sure.

I visited Dr. Lance's office, and as soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome by his staff. Dr. Manning acted as if he were superior, he did not listen to me or my concerns, he did not give me options about my care, he just referred me to get another test that I feel was unnecessary without even trying to explain the reasoning behind his referral (his referral would have had me going back to the same place I began). I will not return to this place of business.

I had to arrive 30 minutes early to again fill out paperwork on a iPad so that wasn't that big of a deal. I will say I was thinking I needed surgery at this time and was waiting on him to say listen will need to do surgery. But I lucked out, he told me he was going to clear my ear out and that I should be good. Never in my life have I felt the pain get relieved so fast after he says was a few dog hairs in my eardrum. After he cleaned my ear I felt so much better. If you're looking for a great ear nose & throat doctor I highly recommend you to come here.

I reported your nurse Kristi to the state, ambetter and getting a lawyer for malpractice. She told me my insurance claim was denied and I called insurance and she never filed it because she said "she thought it would get denied" by doing that she took my right to appeal away. I'm 2 points away from anemia and have been on oral supplements long term. Your office manager then proceeded to yell at me and tell me she's know this nurse for years and she will have to listen to call.. she defended her without listening to the call and then told me "We are private practice and we can do whatever we want!" In a valley girl tone. It's been reported to the state and I asked for an internal investigation for fraud. Stacy and Kristi may be the only questionable ones in said office but I'm not risking other people being treated the way I was. Stacy then proceeded to tell me that I didn't even need an infusion, so I asked AGAIN if the office manager and the nurse knew more than my doctor who prescribed it dod. She then told me she has the final say and she's not processing it for me. "You can try Mercy" with a smirk , which is 30-40 minutes away. I will be pushing this as far as I can to make sure no one ever gets treated this way by these people again. I recorded half the conversation because she was almost yelling when I mentioned it was fraud. You guys cater to chronically ill and dying patients and this is absolutely unacceptable and I will be sharing my experience. I have a recording of the conversations if you'd like to reach out.
