We only want her to handle him prior to seeing the doctor. The place is clean. The two ladies at the front desk are super nice every time. I don't think there is a day that they ever get cranky. When I asked him for an estimate of what it would cost his assistant immediately grabbed a pamphlet for a financing company for me and dr hong told me it would be very expensive and that I didn't owe him anything for the assessment and wished me luck. My cat is still recovering but I will absolutely be bringing him back for check ups moving forward!
