Ok, so authentic charcoal chicken..found it…read more. No Air Conditioning, counter top seating for possibly 6 people, have to go outside and walk around the building for a bathroom but they were clean and locked...cashier gives you key. Bottled soft drinks, no ice. We walked in and they must have had 30 to go orders waiting to pick up. All they serve is grilled chicken...that's it...we were told 15-20 on our whole chicken order.. Front end service is able to communicate in Spanish. Overall the chicken was good, served with corn tortillas but impatient kids or elderly or even other folks won't appreciate waiting in a 90 degree building.

It's best to call in your order. Otherwise it's a minimum 10 minute wait...up to 25 if they're…read morereally busy such as when they first open. The chicken is a little on the dry but tasty side. It reminds me of so much "benefit BBQ chicken" when causes need to raise money. For a 1/4 chicken and 1/2 chicken meal set, it was $17. It's also a pretty decent amount of food. I can't knock the serving size at all. Generous. Rice and beans included...beans had a little heat if that's a concern. Will do again at some time. I've had better, I've had far worse. It's close to my office and will get my business again when I have a hankering for BBQ chicken.

Was sorta excited to find what looked like a good Cuban sandwich place...but was disappointed at…read morewhat it was, I ordered the Havana sandwich, Cuban sandwich and the quesadilla. First off how do you make a quesadilla taste bad??? Had no flavor whatsoever so ever. The Havana sandwich was horrific it tasted like if you got the frozen burger Pattie's from a supermarket and threw them on the sandwich... took one bite and stopped. Lastly the Cuban sandwich was just sad the mustard was the only flavor that popped out to me. On both the sandwiches the bread wasn't even panini pressed and the sauce was literally just mayo and ketchup mixed... then as I was grabbing a drink I noticed that they're using prepackaged great value deli meat which is disappointing to think a business would use that.. I'll be trying it again down the line to see if it improved which I sure hope it does

This food…read moretrailer is towing the biggest eats to the streets, slow smoking BBQ meats in a myriad of mouthwatering forms for your enjoyment. At Gordo's Good Eats, they're making each and every meal to order, utilizing only the most premium cuts of meats to do so. Take, for example, their hearty brisket with the perfect burnt edge, rubbed and smoked for a full 14 hours to bring out that meaty flavor. Get it stuffed in the cheesiest of quesadillas, or have 'em pack it into sliders with a sweet Hawaiian roll. Of course, we'd be remiss not to mention their fall off the bone pork ribs and barbacoa tacos. Drool worthy? Absolutely. Find Gordo's Good Eats in Corpus Christi, or have 'em out to cater your next event. Trust us. They won't disappoint. MUST TRY Cuban Sandwich -- Pork butt smoked for 12 hours to tender, juicy perfection pulled part and served alongside ham, Swiss, cheese, pickles, and mustard and served pressed between two bakery fresh slices of Cuban bread.
