Had them take out a peach tree a few years ago when the root stock had ended up taking over, and asked for a health check for a plum that had some odd looking lesions and gummosis. I didn't know anything about trees at the time, but was worried about how they looked. Was told it was fine and the issues were just due to uneven weight distribution of the branches, and that pruning would resolve it. It in fact was not uneven weight distribution of the branches, it was peach tree borers that are now threatening to destroy not only my decade old plum, but also the decade old cherry next to it and all the other stone fruit trees in my yard. I am devastated, and the pruning he did on my fruit trees only exacerbated the entry points for the borers. Do not recommend his services for fruit bearing trees if you are looking for expertise.
