Fast forward about a year, and we decided it was time to take the tree out completely. I called Rod for a quote, and he got back to me quickly, came out, and gave us an extremely reasonable price. On the day of the removal, Rod and his crew showed up early, got right to work, and had that beast of a tree completely removed within the 3-4 hour timeframe they originally gave us. They even helped us temporarily remove a section of our fence so they could get in and grind the stump, which was a huge help! From start to finish, working with Rod and his crew was a great experience. They're professional, efficient, reasonably priced, and just great to work with. I was so impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail and helpfulness that after taking my tree down I immediately asked for a quote to do a complete yard cleanup of my property front and back. He set up an appointment for a couple hours later but something came up and had to change the time the same day and arrived when he said he would. He was nice enough to notify me of the time change if ok with me. The work was done on the day and time as set up between us, did a very good job, respectful and courteous. Job was done in amount time stated, clean up was very good. Nothing left in back yard or in the street in front. I liked the price and think it was a good price for what was done. I said "this is Monday " he said "oh" He asked me to text him my number and he would get back to me. He never text back. "He" is Charles. so I called back 20 minutes later. he was confused. He took my address and said he would come by next day (Tuesday) at 5 pm to give me a quote. At 5:10 I called to see if he was still coming as it was dark. He acted surprised .. then said " oh I forgot" can you give me your address again? I asked if this was his norm for doing business and he said "no" . I asked if he still wanted to come give a quote he said yes. he said tomorrow at 5 pm. I said are you sure? That's really cutting it close. He said I'm sure. Ok. We had a date for estimate. I got stuck in Oakdale with my grandson and text him I would be late which means we would have to reschedule due to it being dark. I felt horrible about it. I asked for him to please acknowledge my text that he received my text. he NEVER got back to me. he never answered his phone. I really hope there is nothing wrong with Charles. I really do. But this is just bad business.

Debris in our pool, ground and surfaces of backyard furniture and collectibles. Rude supervisor got mad because we tossed stuff back over the fence. He claimed we hit his back on purpose. My husband is elderly so a 40 year old yelling at my husband was not appropriate for the situation. They were saying rude stuff in Spanish until they realized I spoke Spanish too. We have used much more professional services than these guys. Beware of these guys.

They took great caution in making sure that our pool was covered so that excess debris did not drop in it. They did a great job cleaning the adjacent yard that sustained some of the messy droppings, and that neighbor commented that he was very impressed with their service.
