Having Harry McGrath handling our lawsuit was a great decision. He was very professional and looked out for our best interest.

My home closed on the original date and my business was filed within the week. Thanks to the kind staff and expert legal team!

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Brian Vinsko or his firm…read more I hired him to handle a matter involving divorce and healthcare issues that I believed required immediate court intervention. In my opinion, the situation was time-sensitive and should have been addressed within days. Instead, it took approximately six months before an emergency hearing was scheduled. Whenever I raised concerns about the delay, I was told that the court controlled the scheduling. Throughout the case, I repeatedly brought forward information and documentation that I believed contradicted numerous statements made by the opposing side. I was disappointed that I did not see those issues challenged with the level of urgency or aggressiveness I expected from my attorney. The case lasted roughly a year and cost me a substantial amount of money. During that time, I often heard discussions about what was "fair," but I personally felt that my concerns, evidence, and objectives were not being strongly advocated for. What troubled me most was that on multiple occasions I felt pressure when the possibility of withdrawing from my representation was raised. Given the amount of time and money already invested, and the difficulty of finding new counsel in the middle of an ongoing case, that was extremely stressful. This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion. Others may have a different experience. However, I left feeling frustrated by the delays, communication, overall handling of the case, and the value I received for the fees I paid. If you are considering hiring this firm, I encourage you to ask detailed questions about timelines, strategy, communication expectations, and how disputes over facts and evidence will be addressed.
