I called to request a copy of the accounting for the money I have paid them and got the run around from the paralegal, which during our conversation, Laurie Mack aka "Joanne" had apparently been listening in on the call and interrupted. She would not address the issue of my request for the accounting records, only offer was to setup a phone call with Attorney Stephens, which has occurred on so many occasions without any different answers and/or results. Next steps, request copies of the accounting for my case again via certified mail, request a refund, file with the State Disciplinary Board and Attorney General.
