I need the band resized, and we found out that Sophys already resized the band from a 6 to a 5.5 without our knowledge. Sophys told us that Verragio is now refusing to resize the band because of the great detail of the band. On Monday, one of those owners called me and said she would get back to us and never did. She was ignorant on the phone and did not seem to care that we now have a band that doesn't fit because of their store. We have called/texted all three owners private numbers and none have returned our messages. Now we are stuck with a $2700 band that does not fit and cannot be resized.
