I was impressed at how thorough the estimate was compared to the other two estimates. In addition, Sam seemed very knowledgeable, was receptive to answering all of my questions, and he and his wife Susan have been in business a long time and were always very responsive to text messages, emails/and phone calls. That is how I arrived at my decision to accept their estimate. I am pretty indecisive when it comes to making important decisions (selection of color(s), and I found Sam to be very patient with me, even encouraging me to go to the Sherwin Williams store in Port Orange to select free color samples. Once my decision was made, Sam was on the job early every morning, and typically stayed until 3:30 pm each day. I waited weeks and weeks to get some of these estimates and half didn't even show up. Then I discovered Coastal Custom Color and a fellow named Matt Lempe. Not only did he come quickly, he was on time and extremely polite. He has a young family, moved here from Colorado and started his business here a few years ago.
