Just had Titan Power Wash out to clean my roof and patios. He looked at my house online and quoted…read moreme $500 to do the roof and patios ($400 roof $100 patios). When he gets here, he says he wants $100 more just for the roof - $600, not including patios. He said that my roof looked "flat" when he saw it online. It's not flat but has a fairly steep 6/12 pitch. When he quoted me online, he asked if I had any plants or shrubbery for him to cover up and I told him no. He was happy to hear that and also said he could do all cleaning from the ground. When he was here he doubled talked. He was concerned with the pitch but said he could still clean it from the ground and kept complaining by saying it looked flat online. I brought him inside and we looked at my house on my computer. If you drew a horizontal line midway across the front of my house, the top half (50%) would be roof. There's absolutely NO way it could be mistaken for a flat roof - see below for picture of my house. I told him I wouldn't be upsold like he was trying and sent him on his way. Be careful.
