The store coordinator overheard me at the register ask an associate about discounting a…read morebroken makeup holder (it was severely chipped as if it was dropped and broken, but still wanted to purchase since it was the last one). Brittany, the coordinator who never addressed us or the cashier helping, passive aggressively stuck out her hand for the item, begin to type and gave a discount of 99¢. The cashier looked visibly uncomfortable, apologizing for her "discount". It was very passive aggressive and if she doesn't like her job, I suggest she not work in customer service. 9/10 the people shopping are casually shopping or need some retail therapy. If you plan to be unpleasant to people at work, go seek some real therapy.

The owner was friendly, and he carried my items inside. He tightened one of the legs on my side table without complaining, and I was given a consignment number. Also, the nice store clerk advised me what is worth bringing in. My stuff can stay there up to a year to be sold. The split is 50/50 but in any case that's better than throwing stuff away or wasting time with a yard sale.

I came in today to just get a makeup refill and the counter I visited was deserted. I walked to the next counter and asked if someone was working that station and was told that the person was scheduled to come in to work in "a few minutes," which was another 25 minutes. She said she could try to help me when she was done with her customer. It is hard to tell which customers are in line first as the counters are round and people are on all sides. I waited 10 minutes, still no help, so I pulled up the product online, checked out, and still got free shipping and the free gift. Then I left. I know their job is to up-sell and also help customers find the right product, but it still should be more customer-friendly and convenient for returning customers to not have to wait.

Impossible to try on clothes; they lock the dressing rooms, but rarely ever have a worker actually working the clothing section. And every time there IS a worker in the clothing section, they don't have a key. They'll tell you they called someone, and you'll stand there for 20 minutes until you inevitably give up. Not to mention the time I got signed up for a Walmart + subscription without my consent. I went to customer service, and she told me "yeah, there was a day where all self checkouts accidentally signed up everyone who used them." Then, she directed me to a supervisor who could help we with a refund, and said supervisor told me, and I quote, "WELL AINT NOBODY GO ON YOIR PHONE AND SIGN YOU UP." As if a worker didn't literally just admit to me that Walmart self checkouts scammed me. She then ignored me for 15 minutes so I left and went to file a chargeback with my bank. And when I went to file that chargeback, the bank told me they had someone come in that morning for the same exact reason. So they don't take any accountability.

So I went to the marketplace for something specific but I ended up walking around. It was a really…read moregood time overall because there's so much to see. If you want to do some shopping for some food or maybe just some shopping for a bite to eat, then this is your spot. You'll come into the market but you have to worry about parking because it's not free but if you're in the city you already know that. They have a validation for parking system there so you can make sure you use that, which is right by the door. There's also other places to park, which is street parking, that you could use your park mobile app as well if you'd prefer to do that or if the parking lot is full. This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. Picking up a couple of steaks and some shrimp is easy work for a spot like this. I actually would probably go for a holiday situation to where I was buying meat to put on the grill. If you don't want to get locked into something like Publix, this is a good spot so just keep that in mind.

What a AWESOME experience with Eat Right Atlanta…read more Before heading into a recent checkup at Emory, I saw the Eat Right Atlanta table setting up and wondered what they were offering. Once I finished my checkup and headed back downstairs, I was so excited to see two tables full of some beautifulllll produce. I had things to do and people to see... but that produce was calling my name. So I answered! I was a bit confused at first as to the process, but one of the team members took the time to explain the process quickly and it all made sense. They offer a long sheet of paper that allows you to choose produce in single-serving sizes, prepared packages and more. The offerings seem to vary based on the day, but the offering for the day included over two dozen options! I was tempted to go overboard but ended up going with: a single-serving size of bell peppers (which = 2 huge peppers), a single-serving size of mini cucumbers (5 in a bag) and a 5-variety fruit bag where I chose: peaches, cherries, kiwis, pink lady apples and barlett pears. In total I spent $32 with tax and WOW - did I get my moneys worth. The produce was plentiful, delicious and high-quality. I was so excited to get home to eat them and find different ways to use them. This is truly a wonderful pop-up to support and now that I know where and when to find them, you can bet that I'll be relying on them for my produce needs!

The food quality & selection is great. Staff is wonderful & friendly. Bakery & deli sections are great. I enjoy La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant (it does get busy though. Pacific Spice is very good (with Japanese/Chinese & Thai options. There's a sushi bar + hibachi grills & seating). Subway sandwiches - the staff is nice here and my food is always fresh & tasty. There are other businesses here: alterations, a liquor store, nail salon & SuperCuts. Plenty of parking but the spaces near the larger restaurants can fill up around dinner time. There will be parking but you may need to walk a bit through the lot. There is an up-scale neighborhood near this shopping center so I sometimes see Ferraris, Lamborghinis or other fun cars in the parking lot.
