When she did find one she lost it and then explained she didn't know if she had finally found one. The surgeon would know when they tried to sedate me. 5 hours after arriving I got to theatre. No apologies nothing and a mouth piece put in. I'm fasting no food or water and sedative is administered. Felt nothing and tried to let the surgeon know but the nurse pushed my head down told me not to move or try speaking.... In recovery and removed everything myself bar the cannula. No one came near me. They almost forgot to take bloods again before I left. Private hospital????

I was able to book an appointment easily online, find the clinic quickly, get a test done very quickly and efficiently, and I had the results about 12 hours later. Absolutely no complaints and I'm grateful that they made a complicated process much easier.

In what seems like a forever journey, you arrive at A&E and the ambulance goes one way and you go the other in search of a place to park. All the bloody spots are metered. Every last one. You have no coins on you and in the medical panic you had not even considered this situation. That's stupid, considering you live in rip-off Ireland and you can't even get sick without some craven scumbag trying to make a couple pound off you for doing feck all. There's clamping warning signs everywhere. Not concerned about the money, you run inside. There's a change machine, but it's out of order. The man at the security desk could not care less. He's reading the Sun and has no change. Fine, clamp my car, I wait in the queue at Registration to see if I can get an update as to what's going on. They tell me to come back in 45 minutes, even though I'm immediate family, I can't go back right now. Fine. I linger a wee while and then I'm told that now that she's stabilised, it'll be over 14 hours before she is seen by a doctor. The hospital was disgraceful. The staff have probably been worn down by the fact that it never changes, as they radiate an aura of not giving a damn. Almost like zombies. It was so absolutely non-impressive, it was depressing and worrying. All that money flowing in and the medical establishment was seemingly ignored. Anyway, none of this gave me a very comforting feeling. Now, given the absolute incredible wait times at A&E, how can you sleep at night charging people by the hour to park? On large bags of money, apparently, as the parking lot was full. It's bad enough the inside conditions are abysmal and embarrassingly disgraceful.

Went here for the first time earlier, and was greeted with the friendliest GP I've ever come across. She sat down beside me and just listened, then chatted with me as if she were a friend, offered solid advice and many options to suit me, and was even eager to save me money on a few things. Besides this, when I arrived in the centre, I had to wait a max of 3-4 minutes before being seen. The place is smack bang in the middle of Smithfield, so really easy access-wise, and it's pretty brand new, so nice and bright, airy and clean looking. Overall, my visit gave me full confidence in their abilities, something I'd very rarely say about any visit to a GP centre!

I love doctor Rogers, she is like the sweetest and the softest doctor ever, she really makes me feel that she cares. I kinda feel like coming back there just for her. But the fact that they don't send the blood test results over email, and you have to come pick them up in person, is like SO OLDSCHOOL. More than that, at first they refused to give me my results unless I have another appointment with the doctor. Then they changed their mind and I got my results, but the impression of the clinic was ruined already. So, I give three stars for that.

But the staff remained adamant that I was knowingly giving incorrect information and as a result were quite rude. I was given the incorrect prescription, which I informed them back over the phone. I was then told that I only required an appointment with a nurse for this to be corrected. On arrival I was told that this was incorrect and had to pay for a second time. Again receiving the wrong prescription, and relaying this over the phone. I was told that this time, I only needed to collect the prescription, that they would call when this was ready. A call was never received. When I called again I was told that I had to come in, and on the third appointment having been told that they should not have given me the wrong prescription for the second time. I arrived, had to pay for an additional consultation fee. The woman working at reception told me that I was wrong, and that I could not have been given the wrong prescription twice. She would not let me pay the correct fee and charged me double. She was frankly quite rude and is the main reason that I will not be returning to this practice.

This doctor in the medical centre is really a great doctor.Dr Khashan runs it and is the only…read moredoctor working in the walk in centre at present. He works monday to friday from 10.30am-1pm and 5-7pm and then he works on a saturday by appointment. I have been to many doctors in my life and he is the first that i am happy to stick with. He genuinely cares about his patients and is always willing to listen and take whatever action is needed. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. He does home visits on request as well. Top notch Doc!
