There was a bit of a language barrier issue, but they've even worked that part of the process out in the most convenient way possible. The installers were hard working and again efficient in everything they did, all the way down to cleaning up after they were done, and the installation process itself was well thought out and moved at a very quick clip. To top all of that off, the finished product was fantastic, well built, and the materials and work done are all of the highest quality. Text message and phone calls. They said the issue was escalated. They sent the installers back out. I showed them the issues. It is now July 7, and they just sent me a text message and said that they would be back out this Saturday to fix all the issues. I hired this company as a contractor as I don't have a lot of free time and I like the idea of them overseeing the project. I would recommend going directly with a company instead.

I called to get estimate on fixing my 2 sagging gates that won't latch properly. I sent them pictures as requested. They sent me an email estimate $150 with caveat it could cost more depending time/materials. I sent email reply asking to speak with a manager on specifics. Days later, they sent me the same estimate/invoice asking to go forward. They COMPLETELY ignored my phone request. Superior has a zombie office where their internal process is all that matters. Their repair estimate is just a site visit minimum $150 fee with open ended charging on back end. This is not a viable repair estimate. Superior presents as another greed driven company with ZERO customer focus.
