Amazing company - Thalis and his team were super responsive and professional through the whole process. We received a quote from Thalis and had to wait a month for our HOA approval. I had the pleasure of working with Thalis and Active Fence Services and I can happily say that the longest and most stressful part of the project was waiting on my HOA to approve the job. Prior to reaching out to them for approval, I contacted Active Fence Services after seeing their sign at a nearby home in my community. Thalis was quick to come out and discuss the specifics, take measurements, provide knowledgeable insight, provide me with a fair quote, and complete the diagrams and information needed for my HOA to begin the approval process. After doing my due diligence and receiving another quote from a different company, I ultimately decided to move forward with Active Fence Services. Main reasoning being, the quote was better and after spending some time with Thalis, I could tell he was going to do a great job. The installation process was quick and easy. At least from my perspective, Thalis may have a slightly different story due to part of my yard that has a tough hill that we had to install the fence on. He handled it like a champ though! The materials were dropped off the day prior and work began promptly the following morning. The whole yard was fenced that same day, which happened to be a Friday, so we were able to enjoy are nice new fenced in backyard that weekend. If you're in the Jacksonville area, I highly recommend you speak to Thalis and Active Fence Services. He was the only locally owned fence company with great reviews and he lived up to the expectation. I submitted a request for a quote from Active Fence online. That same day he called me and set up a date that he could come by to give a quote. That was completed within 72 hours of my initial inquiry. He promptly gave us a quote. He was fairly priced compared to others in the area. Once the HOA approved the survey, he ordered the parts and installed the fence within a week of the HOA approval. Thali's communication was great and he was inceedibly friendly and professional. We were informed every step of the way. He also installed the fence himself with the help of one helper. Our fence was vinyl on the sides and aluminum in the back so we can still see our pond. The two guys got everything completed in one day. Everything is great and we couldn't be happier.
