At that point I paid him to leave because he obviously didn't have a clue. So I called Steve The Vet Garage Door service to look at it and see if he could fix it. Steve came out this Saturday and told me right away that the springs had been put on incorrectly. The right side was put on the left side and vice versa. So I will be asking for a full refund since the installer ruined the springs that we purchased. I have pictures of the incorrect installation. Don't use this company they don't know what they're doing.

The service requested was to repair two latches and a gate that the ground around it was uneven. There was a big snag in one of the fence posts, but he gave me two choice to fix and again knew his stuff! He resolved all of this for great price and friendly service.
