They were by far the most bang for the buck so I went with them (I also got really spooked bc a lot of other brands I looked at were not actually local, they were services paying for leads for random contractors and I didn't feel good about that--Empire is a family business with 70 years history and I see their signs on fences all over my neighborhood so I felt confident in my choice. New fence looks great, went up in two days and they even sent a 3rd person to triple check it after the crew had left. Though both neighbors have dogs and allowed their dogs to go on our property constantly they would never help with repairs. And had to deal with chasing the neighbors dogs off our property to keep them from using the bathroom on our lawn and to keep one dog from chasing my daughter. We have a pretty big back yard and BFF actually repaired more of the fence than I was expecting in a very professional way. The owner was super friendly too. They got everything done within hours.
