Sandy did not offer her last name in connection to her post, but oddly Mike L seems to know that it is "Millberger." Additionally, it is clear Mike L is not simply a satisfied customer but rather someone who works for the owner given that he seems to know how many books Sandy ordered. Now perhaps Mike L isn't trying to hide the fact that he is a company employee, but given that posture, it is interesting that rather than actually respond to Sandy M's specific critiques about the poor quality of 2 Moon's craftsmanship, instead he dodges the specific critiques and instead launches a series of ad hominem attacks against Sandy M's alleged conduct. Besides these basic logical fallacies that anyone in a grade school level logic class could easily spot, Mike L leaves the reader thinking that perhaps Sandy M had legitimate reasons for not paying the remainder of the balance on her books. After all, why should she, given that her books were filled with egregious errors? And one final observation, which I have to say gives me quite a chuckle. Assuming that both Mike L and Ken D are the business owner or a loyal employee, which as I have elucidated based on the evidence from their posts alone, 2 Moon clearly must not be very good at editing. Mike L states, "Didn't you NOT pay for 400 books..." Nice double negative! Or Ken D's comment, "Not to mention this companies community involvement and support." Uh, shouldn't that be "company's" rather than "companies"? (Answer: Yes). And nice self-serving praise. Does 2 Moon also help little old ladies across the street in addition to its community involvement and support? Although, if 2 Moon actually did professional, good quality work, then this thread would not be nearly as entertaining to read (not Dennis and Sandy's posts of course.
