If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have their google reviews off so you cannot leave a review. Worst company ever. Their scheduling team sucks with no time frame. Spray does not work no matter how many times they come out for free sprays. Charge you over $350 to get out of contract. Tells you the spray needs 14 days/ two sprays to start to work but you only have 3 days to cancel after signing contract. When you try to call to cancel, they push and push to try to get you to let them send another tech out "with different spray" then when you call them out for it, they claim they just don't want you to pay the cancelation fee and not get another service even though you are paying the fee to get away from their services. Run away from this "family owned" company. read more

My 70 yr old aunt called them to cancel service. They showed up again after that and treated after she had already cancelled. When she called the representative actually said we didn't know if you changed your mind. Seriously people who call to cancel mean it. Now they want her to pay for a canceled service. After a while the product was no longer effective. I called to cancel after being out of contract for over a year and was told I would be billed regardless of whether I received service or not. This is a scam. The tech have all be so friendly and helpful but this company's practices are unethical and fraudulent. Check anything you sign from them because you could end up paying for them to do nothing but argue and transfer you to an extremely rude management member. Do not recommend this company. read more

I set up a 12 month contract with this company and the initial charge was $99 for the first month and $65/month for the remaining 11 months. They've been charging $95/month. I called to cancel because my house sold and I was charged $161 to cancel. My contract states the cancellation fee would be equivalent to the initial charge or $99. Tell me why they've been overcharging and why I'm being charged a higher cancellation fee? I do NOT recommend this company. Do NOT sign any contract with them and for heavens sake, don't give them your credit card information! They charge whatever they want and the contract means nothing. read more

It's a scam!!! They tell you that you can cancel your service at any time. But what they don't mention is that it's gonna cost over $200 to cancel. They didn't even fix our red ant problem. All they did was spray sticky poison all over our outside windows, patio furniture, and electric smoker and grill. We had to scrub it off with heavy duty cleaner. They even sprayed pesticides on my small vegetable garden!!! We got it all on video. So disappointed with their service. I just can't believe we spend our hard earned money on nothing but poison and having to spend an entire weekend cleaning up everything that they should not have sprayed around our house. And did I mention we still have a terrible red ant problem in our yard!!? Please don't waste your money like we did. You can tell that all they're good reviews are fake. I cannot give a zero. They claim to have performed service after refusing multiple times that we do not have any contract with them. They claim half service, bill for full service and on a day, no one is available. Then they started calling and harassing my wife for payment. I have reported them to BBB. Scam! read more

I can not think of a worse company that I have ever used for anything in my life. The service is beyond terrible. My yard and house has been nothing but full of pests since this company started the pest control at my house. It has been 1 year now and I have tried to cancel the service 2 times with no luck. The only way you can cancel is by paying hundreds of dollars in fees or by waiting til the exact date you signed up for service and hand writing them a letter within exactly one month and mailing it directly to them to cancel the service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances. They gave me a huge bait and switch, they sent out a really knowledgeable guy to sell the job and then send a bunch of idiots out that have no idea what they are doing the rest of the year. This is a terrible company, I wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1. Their business model is to rob you! read more

Stay away from this company. I was done with my agreed treatments. When I tried to call and end my contract they told me I had to wait till the contract was up even though I had no more treatments. When I called before they came out unfortunately, I didn't send them an email soon enough, so I still got billed for another service. They were told not to come on the property but did anyways. It's unfortunate that companies like this are still in business. Hopefully this will stop someone else from wasting their money on this company. If I could give zero stars I would. read more
