I had an alternator fail and another company attempted to replace it. Due to some issues they were not able to complete the job. I called Feolas and explained what happened. Called up for a simple repair and had no issues getting scheduled. Arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment and found parking to be simple. Called Feola's and they immediately asked me questions, were very friendly, and penciled me in for the next morning. Showed up and mentioned my car and they remembered my name! I have had 2 of my School busses serviced here, these guys are as good as it gets.. an Honest repair shop that tells you like it is.. I asked them to service my latest Bus.. do everything to it.. air filter, oil, trans, and even brakes if needed.. they called to tell me that my air filter was already like new and didnt need replaced.. thus reducing my bill , and being honest to tell me that my brakes were in fantastic shape.. thats Honesty Just not found in today's Auto shops.. I had taken my car to an auto service place across the street from Feola's. They told me the cost to fix a leak in the evac system would be over $700. Next, I brought it to Feola's and they fixed it for $270. They were also courteous and friendly, did the work quickly, and did a great job. I will definitely go back to them again. read more

RELIABLE, HARD WORKING, AND HONEST!!! I moved to Tampa and decided to find a mechanic closer to me..BIG MISTAKE!! If you have a mechanic that works smarter, not harder and doesn't rip you off, keep them around. The mechanic I tried out in tampa, kept telling me a bunch of things were wrong with my car, one thing at a time...finally, several services later, when they said the transmission needed to be replaced I decided to get a second opionion. When I went to pick up my car it wouldn't even start, yet I drove it in. On top of that, they lost my key, which costs $200 for replacement plus $100 for programming. They refused to take responsibility for that and I had to get my car towed from Tampa to NPR. Feola's looked at the car. It wasn't the transmission, it was the motor. Frank (one of the owners) called the mazda dealership gave them my vin number and found out it was under warranty. Instead of trying to take my money, Frank called me up, told me that he thought it best I get my car towed to the Mazda dealership and let them fix it under warranty.... Now that's freaken cool and honest. Thank you Feola's Service Center for saving me atleast a few thousand$$$!!! read more
